Lovely hotel set in the heart of harbour town Acre. The city has a vibrant mix of Arabs and Jews, which make it a lovely harmony of the both cultures. People friendly and really make you feel comfortable. This hotel is built into the ancient wall, which gives you a feel of being part of the history of the place.

Great location near the old city and rooms are as good as they get. Free WiFi. Delicious Israeli Buffet breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.
We spent 2 days at the Akkotel which is well situated for visiting the major tourist attractions. Staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and always willing to assist with any queries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable....

A wonderful small hotel built into the city wall. Very nice and polite staff. Good breakfast and free wifi. Perfect location. Due to the constrains of the place, inside the walls, each room has a different configuration. Highly recommended. Moshe.

We have stayed at Akkotel ever year we go to Akko. What a Blessing. Akko is really a special place. The town is very friendly and safe. It is one of the oldest towns in the world. The tour is a must. Each person has a personal listening device wth recorded messages for each stop. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Hilk abd Grace.

Room Tip: Ask when booking which room would be best suited for your needs.

Built into the city wall, and an extremely easy walk to all of the big sites, this was our first choice. But it got better when we saw the place and met the staff. We met several members of the family that runs it, and they are clearly proud of it. They allowed us up on the roof to take photos at night, which was fascinating and beautiful.

We have spend one night in this boutique hotel in old Akko - and have only good words.
The hotel is very nice and inviting. The hotelier was very welcoming. The rooms has the sense of old days, very clean and beautiful with all luxuries of a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is located in the old city very near to the market, port and the major attraction.
Very good breakfast !!
The history of the hotel is very interesting - ask the owner to tell you !
