Honestly, im full dissapointed with the restaurant. In 2nd June, me with my family make an reservations at this hotel for breakfasting. I already booked on May. I choose grand inna because i think this hotel have good quality and good service ( because im hotelier too ). But when i come with family at 18:10 (breakfasting time 18:27) we are very surprised because the food almost empty, from buffet until takjil. And when i asked with the waiter, she tell that the takjil (gorengan) is finished, they not refill. I can proved with the picture that i attached. And when my mother asked for the buffet they tell that we already refill. Do you see my picture when they tell that already refill? Please repair your system! We pay for buffet all you can eat but we dont get the food properly. Very dissapointed. When my friend ask me for breakfasting in this hotel i said not recommended. Sorry.

Been here 2 night. Room are simple as normal as hotel 2 or 3 star hotel. Not suit with price. Decoration is so so. Location is strategic. Pillow are unacceptable. Smelly room. Toilet water yellowish. Phone, air cond and room door having problem. Staff are friendly.

I came here in ramadhan month when people fasting. Location of this hotel very good close enough to the beach, many culinary just in front of hotel. Capacious lobby is an advantage. The minus is the breakfast very simple not worthed with its price.
One more thing the staff hotel lack of smilling except receptionis staff.

Friendly and professional with great service. Breakfast buffet focuses on traditional Padang cuisine. It's a refreshing change from samey global hotel buffets. You'll have a genuine local experience here. It's clean and comfortable. It's a novelty to go down for breakfast and come up and find the room has already been made up. It's in a great location within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by street food and shops. There's a park across the road which includes the Minangkabau Museum.

Room tip: Front rooms would be noisy because there's a lively street life. But that's what you come to Padang for.

Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent location in front of the museum. The only downside was the foul-smelling water from the bathroom shower. I had to change room because of this.
