Very close to Medan Airport (Kualanamu Airport) but far to the city of Medan. No need to worry about that since now Medan has a bunch of online taxi with a reasonable fare. The room are nice with strong WiFi connection. That the most important for most of the traveler I believe.
I stay here during Eid, the hotel giving a shuttle to the nearest Masjid for guests whom wants to perform their Eid pray. Well done..!!

Pretty awful hotel. They appear to have a contract with different airlines as there is always tons of flight crew staying there. That must be why they act like they don't care about your business. Breakfast was cold and gross. They would only give us one key to the room even though there were 2 of us and you need the key to access the elevator (and they also have it programmed so you can only go to your own floor so we couldn't get to the floor where our other family was staying). Rooms are semi clean but small. Every single encounter with the staff was brutal as they don't speak English which is fine but clearly don't even attempt to try to help. Their shuttle only leaves at scheduled times and you have to leave a 200,000 IDR key deposit. Close to the airport but still 100,000-150,000 IDR each way.
Ants in the bed, constant humming noise followed by vibrations that lasted all night long on an off and on every minute schedule, free shuttle to the airport only at certain hours that wouldn't make hotel provide free breakfast as advertised, no towels in room, awful service ...
Could go on and on, could not sleep all night as we were being bitten by ants and awake from room vibrations and following noises
Walk in the lobby and you think this place will be great. Not true.
-No towels in room
-Ants in the bed and all over room
-Acoustics are bad and could hear everything outside, in hallways, in other rooms
-wake up call at 5:15am when it wasn't requested
-they do not do the airport shuttle at 7am so they don't have to give the free breakfast to travelers as most flights leave in the morning. Had to take 6am shuttle, and coincidentally breakfast starts at 7.
-Fraud
Stayed here for two nights and was perfect .. the rooms are clean and mostly used by transit traveller's or airline crew , added to that you have a nice mall attached to the property along with a 3D theme retreat where you can chill with your family and have some laugh .. the Mall shops tenants are still setting up the shops so in few months this place be more in demand
The free shuttle to airport is a very useful and runs from as early as 1 am
This hotel offers shuttle service every hour to -from airport, around7 km from KNO. It's quite far , can not walk , be not scam by taxi at the airport , waiting for the hotel shuttle every hour worth waiting. The hotel overall is ok , but It takes long time for the staffs servicing you on the process checkin when passengers all get off from the shuttle to the reception. Price you paid is ok for service and quality.
