This hotel offers shuttle service every hour to -from airport, around7 km from KNO. It's quite far , can not walk , be not scam by taxi at the airport , waiting for the hotel shuttle every hour worth waiting. The hotel overall is ok , but It takes long time for the staffs servicing you on the process checkin when passengers all get off from the shuttle to the reception. Price you paid is ok for service and quality.

Had to find a hotel close to the new KNO airport at Medan and was lucky to find Crew Hotel. With a morning flight out of KNO, it was very convenient and stress free to get up early, have a relaxing breakfast and take the free shuttle to the airport - no worries about traffic at all.
Hotel is used by airline crew also. Very good wifi service. Rooms are small but comfortable - you don't want to stay too many days though.
Friendly service but might need to wait a bit if airline crew arrived earlier than you to check in.
Will definitely choose to stay here once again if I am flying in and/or out of KNO.
So nice to have a hotel with shuttle bus this close to Medan airport.

Perfect for an overnight stay when passing through Medan
Tried to stay in this hotel last month as I was in transit in medan. There were several rooms online so we went straight to the hotel. Staff is useless, unprofessional, do not speak english, giggle at your face, ignore you, mess up guest reservations who are forced to search for something else in the middle of the night. They only care about the airplace crews arriving late at night.
Do yourself a favor and go straight to Thongs inn (there arent many other choices near the airport). For the same value you will have a much nicer, professional experience.

When arriving at the reception we saw immediately that we were not welcome in this hotel. Everyone was unfriendly and trying to be as unhelpfull as possible.
Many rooms don't have a window. You need to book a business class room to have a window.
The rooms are dirty an the bathroom was really filthy. The hotel is new but already needs maintenance all over.
The staff in the cockpit bar needed almost 10 minutes to come and take our order although they were 3 and there were only 4 guests including me and my wife.
Our advice : do not go there!
