Bika Talago is a typical West Sumatra delicacy looks like a small pancake, taste very delicious, still cooked in a traditional way with wood fire and earthen cooking utensils. There are two kind of Bika, one is cooked with white sugar and mashed banana, and the other one with brown sugar,. They both taste so yummy, you still can taste the fresh shredded coconut , crusty outside but soft inside. Even the following day it still taste good without refrigerating.
