“Good ambience, but average service and lack of professionalism”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 19, 2013

Chose the aromatic quick spa and was given a couple room. The room is cozy, clean, comfortable and gives a romantic feeling. So the ambience is definitely there. However, some major problems which turns us off and we won't be going back again.

No welcome drink, although they place mineral water on the table for guests to take freely. Perhaps that's the welcome drink. The sequence of the spa treatments is rather strange. We had massage first, then body scrub, followed by Jacuzzi bath. Shouldn't it be body scrub, followed by Jacuzzi and then message? Or Jacuzzi first, followed by body scrub and then massage? Whatever it is, massage is normally last. It's also more relaxing this way. The massage was good. We felt that our therapists have the skills to do a good massage. In fact, it's better than some of the spas I visited in major hotels. However, our therapists are not very gentle in the way they lift up our sheets. The worst part was the body scrub treatment. They were nice to adjust the aircon temperature when they first did our body scrub. After our scrub was done, our therapists waited for awhile before they scrub us again and it's painful because the body scrub liquid had dried up. We were also kept uncovered and cold while waiting. We just find the process very strange. What's the purpose of scrubbing twice?

Lack of professionalism:
When we were soaking in the Jacuzzi bath, our therapists were chatting outside. The bath area had a curtain, so they closed it for us before leaving us alone to do the soaking. However, we don't think it's professional for them to be staying in the treatment room as we want privacy. After our treatment is done, we were told to fill up a survey forms to indicate our satisfaction with the survey. After we were done, they looked at the survey forms without escorting us to the reception.

The price of our spa is reasonable in my opinion, although my partner feels otherwise. But we won't be coming back as we would rather pay a little more for better experience.

“Waste of money.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

The place look clean and cosy. But the service and the rest are not worth the price we paid. Other spas in batam are more worth the money. The staff who massaged me just anyhow pressed my body. I don't thinks she received proper training. Definitely will NOT visit again.

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 16, 2013

The most excellent spa center in Batam. Place is very convenience, nice and friendly staff. Love the WINE SPA and QUICK SPA. Simple, Relax, Nice, Enjoy and Absolutely worth it.

Need to come and try yourself, beside spa they have one stop service. Hair Crembath, Pedi & Mani, etc. Really convenience.

Sure that will go back AGAIN & AGAIN.

Keep it up !!!

“Relaxing spa”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 25, 2013

Chose the Balinese spa, had my entire body covered with yogurt, very tasty! But I only had 2.5hrs, which I find it quite short as the massage only took about 1 hr, which is not enough for me. I will go back for a longer period the next time.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2013

Booked an one-day spa trip from deals, and three of us ladies were brought to the spa secret.

It was overall a great experience, ambient was good, facilities were nice. The therapist did try to scrub every pieces of my skin. However, i did feel uncomfortable when have to be half body naked ...
