The first time I went to Platinum Grill, 2009, was with friends who know the chef personally so we can chat and know his back ground. He told us the way he select his food and also how he choose his suppliers. Always quality and perfection..... and you can't go wrong with a good quality ingredients and perfect cooking method.
Impeccable setting, romantic ambience and excellent food make you enjoy their presentation from their amuse bouche to the petit fours ...... I enjoyed the many trips I had been there over the years.
Recommended the wagyu steak and the chilean sea bass. The iberico ham is also as good as it can be,,,, heavenly.
Looking forward for new menus from the creative chef......
