My junior suite room was quite spacious with view overlooking the city. Unfortunately there was a tremendous smell in the room, which initially no one knew what it was. Hotel staffs used room spray, which helped only a few hours, and we had to bear it for a day until we found out it was from the air-con. Hotel fixed it, but it was time for our departure. What a pity for a nice room.
My friends' superior room was quite small and had no window (all superior rooms have no window); however with a small sum ($2), we upgraded to deluxe room and everything was fine. Breakfast table was simple, but acceptable. Breakfast room was beautiful - spacious with full light, you can see mountain tops far away on a sunny day. We had local friends visiting us and the hotel was generous to offer free breakfast for them too.
There was a nearby satay "restaurant" (a small simple house), which, according to the locals and some photos of celebrities eating there, is famous for their good food. But it's just a "so-so" to me (food quality), and not cheap for such a place - during my Indonesia trip, there were better place with better food and cheaper price.
Staffs speak limited English.
Hotel entrance is a bit funny, you walk from the road through the parking lot to the lift and then take the lift to the reception - but no harm to their friendly welcome.
In general: good place (except the smell), staffs were friendly, smiling, helpful. But don't stay in superior room (too stuffed). Nearby eating place and shopping centres. Parking is available.

the location is a lil bit far from tunjungan plaza (it took 15 minutes++ if u want to walk :P) and if u want to ride a taxi, it would be a lil expensive (esp for me) hahaha
overall is good hotel the rooms are clean, the food is good but just so-so, the staff are friendly.
but.....the bad things is if u wanna go to lobby from outside..u must go though elevator first. (waiting elevator go down and the air was so hot!) =___=

They have a nice lounge for hang out or eat. But the food taste is standard.
The view is awesome.

The room is clean, and feel like a room, not a hotel room. Free Wifi connection cover floor, but the speed is unreliable.

This an average budget hotel.
