Stay for one night with two kids and it was an awesome experience. Room is very clean staff are friendly. Facilities are superb for young kids. Also if you like running, the Racamaya complex will give you enough challenge with up and down track.
Would love to comeback again next time......

Actually it's my second time stay at R hotel. I would love to stay here and come back because the stunning room which has spacious room and artistic details inside and has lagoon room which directly access to pool from room. That's stunning. Only the shower that need to improve. You should change with portable heavy rain shower that hanging on ceiling. It's too ordinary due to your luxurious bathroom.
Love all the ambience, weather, views. And your club house is quite luxurious near to the hotel where we can use part of hotel facility. The club house is great with hot jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Concierge will escort and pick up to club house anytime.
Buffet is very poor due to your high prestigious and stunning hotel. Oh my God, how come with whole your stunning details you serve that poor food and messy breakfast. It's tasteless, messy set up, and big no no. Awful breakfast with poor main Buffet menu choices. Dessert selection is no elaborate. Seems your restaurant is not settled for Buffet positioning. It's so messy. Seriously, you should need improvement.

we are the group of 75 people (even more) did our group meeting in this hotel. The meeting was very much succeeded with only two weeks preparation.
We have a pleasant time there and your marketing (kiki) is very helpful and quick response.

Our event went great, though there were some technical problems with the sound system and it took a while to fix it, but it's ok. We held our event at Maple Room which is located at the Country Club. The room is quite spacious and we had no other issues other than the sound system. But I think some things should be changed or renewed (chair and table cover for example, it was quite old and you can see some stains on it). The view at Maple Room was spectacular, it was a good escape from our routines and definitely changed the mood of our participants. Plus, we can play 1 or 2 game of 9 ball at break time. The staff supports were excellent, Pak Debke and friends were very helpful.
Lunch and Dinner was held at 19th Hole Restaurant, just one floor below Maple Room. Super delicious Karedok, Kambing Guling and, the one and only Nasi Goreng Rancamaya (thanks to the Chef, I forgot his name).
Over all, despite all of the difficulties we had, it was a great experience to held a meeting here.
Last but not least, thanks for Mr.Dimas Prabowo, the one who made everything easy for us, he was wreaaally supportive and responsive. Keep up the good work, Mas Dimas! Thank you!!!
