No doubt, this is nice hotel and the surroundings are wonderful. The service quality, however, does not meet the standard of the ACCOR group and the Regional Office should intervene and replace the management and conduct a in-depth training at this facility for all service staff.
Just try to order a cocktail at the bar and order some French Fries. You have to wait 15 minutes for the the drink, 20 for the fries and 15 minutes for the bill.
