“My favorite restaurant”
Reviewed July 3, 2012

I knew this one since 2004 and i like the simplicity and the delicious food they have. Try 'Nasi Panggang', it's a stove-baked rice with cheese, smoked beef, onions and paprika. Yumm!

“Fantastic views, architecture & food!”
Reviewed June 29, 2012

Looking at the other reviews it seems as if Warung Laos has either changed or added a location - the one I went to was in the north-eastern foothills of Bandung. The restaurant is very beautifully built out of timber on the ridge of the hill, presenting splendid views over the valley and city of Bandung below. The scenery is breathtaking, and can be enjoyed from two outdoor timber decks, which are also nicely illuminated at night. Haven't tried their local dishes, but their authentic thin crust pizza is very nice, particularly for ~40.000 Rp, and the service was prompt. It has a little bit of a contemporary rustic style to it, is very clean and also has bands playing live music during evenings.
Have been here both with a group of people as well as alone, and both times it was a most memorable experience for the combination of scenery, architecture and good food!
