The food was great. We ordered western food, Indonesian traditional food, and Asian food. All were great and tasteful. The toilet and praying facilities were good and clean. You will find a kind of reservation table at the entrance and they will arrange your seating on busy period. You can just wait until your name is called on a bench right in front of it. So seating arrangement was well organized and it didn't take long anyway because they had so many huts. My kids enjoyed not only the natural surroundings but also an actor who walked around with funny acts taking pictures with people. The live band was awesome we liked it a lot. The only thing to be improved was their merchandise stores which should sell some signature merchandise items instead of some "regular" items that people can buy in a "regular" store
