It was formerly Hotel Malya. As I have stayed in the hotel before while it was still under Hotel Malya, I felt that it was better managed before. The hotel was renovated since took over by Padma, but there's no spa or massage, only food massage is available.
Overall was OK but was not happy with the fact that bath towel was not provided according to the number of guests staying in the room and floor mat was not provided in the bathroom that I had to call to request for it.
Location was good since is kind of close to the mountain with very cozy weather and serenity. Breakfast selection was adequate. Depending on your package, some package includes afternoon tea where you can enjoy coffee/tea with simple snacks with cooling breeze in the afternoon.
In the morning, there will be some villagers with horses in front of hotel offering horse ride, be sure to bargain and settle the price BEFORE you ride on any horse.
