This is a very old street in Bandung..some of the historical buildings are still maintain in their old shapes..when you enter this street, you will directly sense the different ambience..it's very nice to take a walk here, either at noon or at night..a lot of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops in this street..you can see a lot of pantings and puppet sellers at the sidewalk..this street is a must visit spot in Bandung..

Jalan Braga is THE Paris Van Java according to our 'supir' (driver). This is where you get to see the old colonial buildings of Dutch influence. There were many artistes selling their paintings and many eateries and bakeries you can try to whet your appetite. The traffic can be crazy as it's the main road and en route to Pasar Baru arguably the most famous shopping place in Bandung. If ever Bandung be listed as UNESCO heritage site Jalan Braga would be it.

the place is so beautiful at night with people and arts and food and performances. Its so lively, but be careful of the beggar, even the little ones. they can be violent at times. once, a kid tries to throw rocks at us because my friend refuses to hand him money only because we already did and he kept asking for mo'. But overall , a very cool and relaxing spot for young people to hang out. gorgeous restaurants and art spaces!
