My family and I stayed at the De Hill Villa from 5-9 June 2013. We checked out on the 10/06/2013. The villa was located in a quiet neighborhood and not very prominent. Although we were given directions, we had still to stop a few times to ask passerby for direction. And when we finally found the villa, it was because I remembered the pictures of the villa from the net! There was no signs and the metal gate closed the villa off from prying eyes including their guests.
When we finally get into the villa (we were allowed early check in), we found the villa spacious (this is the VIP Villa). Everything was spick and span and there was a nice hill side view from the balcony. There were 3 bedrooms all nicely made up. The two bathrooms were spacious and clean with each having a separate shower stall, a bathtub and a toilet area.
The villa was located about 20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes to the shopping streets of Jalan Cihampelas, Jalan Dago, Jalan Cipaganti, etc. Breakfast was included in the rental and consisted of Nasi Goreng, Nasi Uduk, Nasi Kuning, and other dishes which were made of rice. One could get tired of eating rice everyday especially for overseas visitors who were not used to having heavy breakfast.
Another drawback was the property have 2 dogs which tended to bark at night so disturbing our sleep. On the other hand, the dogs also served as security for the property so we did not really minded the barking.
I would recommended the villa for a family stay while on holiday in Bandung. It was really a home away from home.
