“Nice Hotel Location”

It was on christmas evening when we stay at this hotel . The location is good in the center of Bandung city , breakfast was completed with all kinds of food stay there . The rooms not to big but it was clean and fine , one things that should be improved is in the maintenance staff coming to fix the leaking in the bathroom , maybe they cannot fix it at that time we understand that it was a peak season but at least they informed us that it cannot fix at that evening . They didnt fix it just give us some extra towels to dry it maybe .

Not much to say..The hotel is the same hotel i stayed in other hotel. Love this hotel because of the friendly staff. Shinta was one of the friendly staf, Ayu and Ade aswell at the front desk. Need improvement on towels and bedsheet, but luckly the houseman i met the alley asking for changing towels the gave me a better one.

The first family holiday @ Golden Flower Hotel was on 14 ~ 17 October 2012. We were on the 1st floor Deluxe room, everything is great and there's not cigarette burn mark found as I referred to some sicken review. The room interior decoration is nicely done, bathroom is clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and we slept well. I look around on the 5th floor there's an open sky swimming pool and health centre. Good value for money. Having staying around with 6 and 3 stars hotels around Asean countries I feel receiving a warmth friendly reception and treatment guests with generous way.

I made the booking via agoda.com and forgot to confirm my booking until the day of my departure. Luckily, when I called, the reception were very aware of my arrival and have prepared a room for me. When I inquired about the distance from the airport to the hotel, the staff offered a free airport transfer (our flight arrived past midnight). We were very grateful.

My husband and I went with another couple for a shopping spree in Bandung from 14-16 October 2012. Check in at the hotel was a breeze and the staff were friendly and warm (considering it was 1am!). We were pleasantly surprised to see our Deluxe room on the 5th floor. It was spacious, comfortable, king size bed and very very clean!!

We had some issues with our phone chargers (different plug points) and the hotel readily provided us with an adaptor. From my many requests, it was evident that the hotel staff will try their very best to fulfill your needs - whatever it may be.

We also observed that the hotel staff cleaned our room TWICE in a day! Wow!

For breakfast, they had western and asian choices all of which were well and good but I do wish the fried rice was consistent. I do love my indonesian fried rice but some days it wasn't as tasty. This is just me being fussy. :)

We love the bed. It was big and fluffy. But I do hope the management will consider firmer pillows as the fluffy pillows are bad for our necks and we did have some neck cramps.

So overall, the hotel is super super excellent for the price that we pay. We are very happy and will definitely without a doubt come back again. The only things to be improved are the pillows and fried rice. (again, I'm just being fussy).

I had a room on the second floor (130) as I wanted a non smoking location. The walls are thin, and you can hear room doors down the corridor being slammed, or people walking past your door. Despite being a smoke free level, the decorative throw on the bed had cigarette burn marks, as did one of the pillows. The bathroom tile grouts are moldy, and there are drain flies in the shower stall - which means there's an infestation somewhere. If you want a quiet room, choose a higher level as you'll be able to hear the music that plays in the dining area which starts very early (before 7am).

On the upside, staff is friendly, and readily advised on locations to visit. Also, they arranged for our transport out to Kawah Putih efficiently.

I just came back today and still in transit..GF is a nice place, nice room, nice bfast but wifi is only at the lobby..the best is to get the wifi available in the room so i can facetime..Would recommend for anyone..

Overall is quite good! Staff are friendly & enthusiasm. Their service is really awesome! But the room aircond is bit hot & there's a little leakage in the bathroom. Worth of staying there! Will consider to stay there again if visit to Bandung!
