Food was excellent. They only have a small selection of dishes but everything we tried was great.

Service could have been better. I ordered appetizer and main course but they brought part of the main course with the appetizer. As these were fries that go with the steak, I asked them to take it back and bring it again with the steak. The first refused 2 times and only then accepted. But the fries were not as hot then.

Setup is very special. It looks like a Spanish bar and you feel more like being somewhere in a hip afterhour place in Barcelona than in Ubud.

It's not your typical Ubud restaurant with rice paddies and ladies in kebaya! In fact, this place is quite hidden, it needs curiosity to find it. Hidden in Jalan Dewi Sita, you'll need to make your way to the tiny bridge and it will be on the right hand side, if you're walking from Jalan Monkey Forest. The sangria is generous and the mushroom bruschetta is the best I ever had. If you're with a friend, do consider the La Ramona platter : prawns, hummus, gizzards and every good. Yum!

We ate dinner here last night and it was amazing! We shared the tuna tataki, roast pumpkin salad and ribs. Each dish was delicious and a bit different - e.g. the ribs were served on a generous smear of pate with maple fried bread; so good!! We tried their kombucha mocktails which were very flavoursome. The dessert platter (all three of their desserts) was an indulgent finisher for the meal. Service excellent, cool atmosphere. We were the first there at 6pm and it was lightening fast. We will be coming back again if at all possible!

We were recommended this place by a couple we met on a trip and all I can say is wow. The place is really interesting with a pub like atmosphere and some lounge like music. The waiters are really nice and service minded. But the BEST part is the food. What an experience! We had the Steak and Platté and a chocolate mousse for dessert. It looked SO good and tasted even better. Just go there and taste for yourself, I promise you wouldn't regret it.

If your going to ubud this restaurant is a must visit for tapas and good food lovers.

But be warned, it's difficult to find, unless your alert, you very well could walk straight past it. It has a sign (which is one sided and is a detriment to the restaurant, as only the walking traffic in one direction will see the signage), which is protruding above the entry door of the restaurant. You enter through this doorway through a short passageway into the tiniest restaurant and kitchen that most would every have seen. But don't let this small street/grunge decorated space fool you, it is packed with service, and culinary class. Two chefs fill the kitchens small space which is in full view of the small number of patrons that can be seated in this restricted area. We ordered all 5 of the tapas on the menu and weren't disappointed with any of them. They came out one by one so we could enjoy and appreciate the flavours of each of them. Our favourites were the liver pate, the arancini balls and the mushroom and blue cheese bruschetta........just amazing and left you wanting for more. The owner and head chef greeted us with a smile and Humbly thanked us for our patronage. The service was amazing, with a waiter waiting and observing the tables at all times. Couldn't fault this restaurant, although would love to see it open for lunch, but with opening times from five pm to one am it's little wonder they're not open for lunch. Love, love, loved this hidden gem, which I believe competes with movidas in Melbourne but on a lot smaller scale. My only regret is not having the desert platter. If this restaurant every gets a terrible rating, I think the reviewer has been there on a bad day, because this restaurant is an outstanding deliverer of food, atmosphere and service. Well done.
