Great staff, fantastic breakfast, superb wiews from restaurant, clean rooms with lots of space, generous regular shuttle service that drops you off where you like, high class spa, quiet and relaxing environment. Good value for money and a great place to stay.

Such a blissful place!
We had the best three night in Bali here! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very peaceful surroundings. Amazing breakfast view overlooking the rice paddies.
Highly recommended to stay longer!

We stayed here for four nights last week.
The environment is very warm and welcoming. The setting is amongst Ubud forest and rice fields. This makes it an authentic Ubud experience. Be prepared to walk past the odd frog or gecko sitting by the garden path!
Our villa was magnificent, beautiful room, bed and amenities.
Our pool was a nice size, with two bid day beds beside it (along with an eating area). Beautiful gardens again.
Finally, the staff are amazing - big smiles and VERY helpful. They helped make our stay perfect.

PS: There is also a convenient hourly shuttle service (with return service) to Monkey Forest Rd.

My husband and I spent five days of our honeymoon here and it was incredible on every level. The welcome was genuine, the entrance and layout was really beautiful and the whole complex well thought out and giving a natural and authentic balinese feeling. There were spectacular views of rice paddies from everywhere including the gorgeous pool.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The food delicious and well presented. The lighting at night is incredibly romantic.
We returned to a rose petal bath and pretty hearts on the bed on the first night! The villa was huge and decorated lovingly with rich woods and ambient lighting. The staff even presented us with a honeymoon chocolate cake after our last meal.

I had a pedicure in the spa and was treated like royalty.

Can't recommend highly enough for honeymooners, couples singles, families... Everyone!

I have sat in front of my keyboard now for 5 minutes trying to put into words what this place meant to my wife and I .

I would just do it an injustice if a tried.

The service , All staff from the guy that climbs the palms to cut back the leaves and drop coconuts from a great height, to the staff on the front desk all had a smile and a greeting for us at any time day and night.

The Villa was amazing , the food brilliant ,the grounds in constant state of grooming by the army of gardeners to the view of the rice fields .

Our romantic dinner for 2 in the villa with our own waitress and our very own muso on the bamboo keyboards. Will be a lasting memory .

To our friend MR Gecko who lived in the ceiling somewhere and gave us a wake up call every morning be it three hours before we were supposed to be up . But they are a lucky lizard and we were more than happy to share the room with him .

Plus check out the art gallery across the road . Far the Best in UBUD and she will come down in price .

Room Tip: They are all good it just depends on how much you want to spend

We stayed for 4 nights at this resort and loved it. We stayed in Pool Villa 116 which was away from the main pool and restaurant area but very private and secluded. Most of the villas are quite private but we noticed you could look into some of the villas & their gardens if you were walking to the main pool and restaurant area. Ours was a little further to walk to but we would request to stay there again. The pool is like a plunge pool and just big enough to cool off in. The bed was king size and very comfortable! There is air-conditioning which works well. The curtains do not keep out the light in the morning if you're thinking of sleeping in. :-) There is a beautiful outdoor bath surrounded by decking area and ponds with fish. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. They couldn't do enough for us. The gardens are expansive and beautiful. There is a handy shuttle bus service that leaves every hour into Ubud central. It's only about a 10 min drive. The bus will drop you off in the main area at their sister hotel 'Ubud Village'. They will then pick you up from there every hour (ie. 10.15am, 11.15am). The driver will also let you get out at the Monkey Forest which is before the main drop off point which was handy. We had magnificent breakfasts which is all table service. Many places in Bali offer buffet style but we found there was more than enough food which this style of service. We both had a 90min hot stone massage in the Spa which was awesome and we would definitely recommend! The main pool is superb and there is a pool bar where drinks can be purchased throughout the day. The gym is also well equipped. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet holiday this is the place to stay. Most people staying at the resort were couples and only 1 family had small children. It's handy to Ubud central but away from the hustle and bustle. We also did a 1 day cycling tour whilst staying here which was great and all tours can be organised through the resort. We would definitely recommend the resort and stay here again.

Room Tip: I'm sure all Villas were great but ours seemed much more private and secluded even though a long...

Where many others hae shared about this wonderful place, I will focus this review on the dining experience. We celebrated my wife's birthday at the resort. The resort has a package where they turn your villa into your own private dining space. sensationally romantic, complete with live balinese music (and musician) an attendant who blends magically into the background and yet is attentive to every single dining need, and the most splendid deco which took the staff two hours to prepare while the wife was enjoying her 3 hour spa package such that she could be surprised upon coming back to the room. We also enjoyed complimentary tea each day from 4 to 5. On no two days of our 3 night stay did we face the same tea menu. Rather, the staff served a variety of local treats that included both savoury and sweet selections which left me having to go back for seconds and thirds. Finally, even though we arrived back at the hotel at 1050 am after our sunrise track to mt batur, breakfast was promptly served with smiles all round. A first rate experience.
