This is simply a really great restaurant, one of the best meals I've eve had on a vacation. One of the chefs told me that their philosophy was to make french inspired cuisine, but with local products. One of the things that i've was most impressed about was their Pesto made from coconut oil, lime-basil, cashew nuts and goat cheese - sounds funny when you read the ingredients but one of the best pestos I've ever had.
