I have just been into Ubud Heaven (11.20) to order and pay for breakfast or at least a breakfast-type meal. Unfortunately the breakfast time finishes at 10.20 and, although there wasn't another person in the restaurant, the chef and manager made the decision that the chef couldn't cook us breakfast - it was later than 10.20. What kind of business decision is that? To turn away 2 paying customers just because the breakfast hour is over? And to remain idke at the same time?
Well,we will never go back to Ubud Heaven and we will advjse all our friends also to avoid it. By the way, we were served breakfast across the pathway, at Lala Lili, in spite of it being outside of breakfadt hours, and it was delicious.

Ubud Heaven Penestan was our choice for the second leg of our honeymoon, and it definitely lived upto our expectations. The Resort is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and really allows you to unwind and relax, whilst enjoying its natural surroundings, good food and Ubud's local culture. Our one-bedroom villa was just perfect, with its own private pool, kitchenette and comfortable bedroom. The service levels at the Resort were exceptional. Though its staff seems very young, they were well trained, helpful, courteous, obliging and always available. The young trainee Reetha who served us many times, was especially impressive with her signature smile and never-say-no attitude! All in all, our experience at Ubud Heaven Penenstan was perfect, and will always remain a great memory from our honeymoon! 
