We were 3 people. They didnt hav half of the menucard.
We waited 1hour and 20 minutes for our food, which was cold and not good tasting. They forgot 3 dishes, so we just left and didnt get them. Try Warung Saya instead.. Much better!

I come here at least 5 times a year when Im in Ubud. Its cute, the food is traditional and the tapas are ridiculous at 70-80 cents per serve [5 and youre done!] wash it down with a bintang or glass of Hattens finest Rose, and youre out with change from 10 buck-love that. But the quality is there too, and Im in love with the street its on [Gootama]-its a funky happening little st and when you sit at the front you get to see it all. The service isnt sensational as its just two [sometimes 3] young girls trying to do everything, including cooking-and it gets busy-it's ok though, gives you more time to check out the happenings on the street

They encourage you to eat with your hands the traditional way but no amount of hand sanitiser was going to be enough for me to attempt that in Bali! The main course food was different and had lovely flavor. The Black rice pudding for desert was bland and the icecream serve was the tiniest scoop (I have found this to be common in bali as they aren't in to gluttony). I do recommend the food and location however the waitress seemed disinterested, lazy and generally unhelpful.

Stopped in for juice and wi-fi and ended up ordering lunch since prices were so cheap. I ordered some vegetarian plate and it ended up being steamed rice surrounded by three different green-bean based recipes. Not the most inspiring lunch, but for 20,000rp it was tasty and satisfying. I also had a couple tapas which are hilariously small but sooo good.
Overall, great place for simple/cheap Indonesian lunch in a nice atmosphere in the center of town.

It's a lovely idea to make a meal of several imaginative small dishes, and that's what we did at Biah Biah. The Balinese specialties are the best - our favourite was Urutan - spicy sausage - yum!
