This was class! Real cool
Features entering into the forest/Park. Main thing is not to panic but very well set up . A must see

Can get crowded at times but worth spending time away from the feeding areas. Good to watch semi wild animals socialising in their packs. Was also amusing seeing a few brainless chumps get their comeuppance when provoking the animals.

Was cool to see the monkeys up close and roaming around free. Definitely worth stopping in to see, we did as part of our ubud day tour.

Beautiful lush tropical forest with lot of monkeys. One of the main attraction in Ubud and a unique kind of experience. Forest is well maintained and is really nice to visit such amazing animals in their natural habitat. It is famous for long tail Balinese monkeys, all of them are kept in their natural environment and are taken good care of. Do follow all the instructions inside to avoid any monkey attacking you and taking away your stuff. Most of the monkey are nice but you have to be careful, sometime one does come across very notorious ones.

Had a nice visit. Plenty of monkeys to see first thing in the morning when they are having breakfast.

What a beautiful place to walk through, the forest, the temples and the monkeys. While it is called a forest it is all sealed paths with plenty of lush tropical forest and monkeys... everywhere Definitely worth a visit.

I live in Ubud and end up coming back here each time I have friends/family visiting. It's a must see attraction when visiting Bali. Not just because Monkey Forest is an amazing jungle setting with temples and rivers but because it's in the middle of Ubud. While visiting you likely won't be there longer than an hour. Tons of photo ops and monkeys everywhere. Don't make eye contact and hold your possessions close. It's tons of fun and I recommend it.

Basically, it is just an open-air zoo. they allow the monkeys to roam wherever they want, and they can leave the confines of the forest as well. They feed the monkeys, mostly sweet potatoes, but as far as I could tell, did not allow customers to feed them directly. The monkeys can get a little aggressive, so you have to make sure that everything is put away while you're walking in the park. I don't think you'd want to come here a bunch of times, but for a quick our stroll through the park, it was very pleasant.
