The park is great and the monkeys very cute. Don't just focus on the animals the park is great. The monkeys can be very aggressive if you have food or provoke them.

It was funny to see so many little monkeys in Ubud. They are not afraid and it is very easy to take pictures with!

It wasn't until our visit to the Monkey Forest in Ubud that I realised the full meaning of the term "cheeky monkey". Although I was a bit skittish around them at first, we had a great hour or so here. The monkeys are extremely entertaining! Worth a visit!

My girlfriend is scared easily and was initially was petrified going in. But 15 minutes later she love the monkeys, whos hands are so soft when then they are climbing up to sit on your head, as long as there is food up there. Don't buy bananas at the gate, wait till your inside, and if you want a photo make sure your friend has the camera before getting the fruit as it goes quick. The monkeys do fight each other and look scary but when they are climbing on people the are very nice, just dont try to be smart and hold the fruit away from them. I had one of the really big ones climbing up me and he was nice and gentle. If you are gonna get a photo with one on your shoulder don't wear clothes that you don't want stretched. My girlfriend wants to go back because they we're so great climbing on her so believe me that is the best review it can get.
