This is my first ever review but I just needed to write a review on this beautiful villa. Kath and Wayan that run the villa are fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The plunge pool was beautiful and I just loved the layout of this two storey villa. There was plenty of room and the villa had a lovely feeling about it with all the beautiful balinese artwork and the numerous frangapani's scattered throughout. Breakfast was lovely and could be served in the villa or in the coffee shop that was out the front of the villa and we chose the later on most occasions just to watch the world go by. The location was fantastic centrally located but not on the busy monkey forest rd, although it was only a few minutes walk to get to the Monkey forest. We can not wait to return to this villa. Thank you Wayan and Kath we look forward to seeing you again.

We stayed at Villa on Bisma recently - in fact we were the first! Our fantastic hosts, Kath and Wayan offered us an upgrade from Samas Cottages. Villa on Bisma was a perfect hideaway. A brand new villa with all the perks and privacy. We were so comfortable and relaxed. We loved that we had a kitchen to prepare meals but it was hard to resist walking out into the street to explore other eateries - they were all so close! And our hosts have opened a cafe in front - expect the same wonderful service. I can't wait to check it out next time. Oh yes, the plunge pool. Pure luxury! The service is immaculate just as Samas cottages provides. We love Ubud and plan to return and are telling everyone about this new piece of luxury. We would not stay anywhere else! Congratulations Kath and Wayan on your successful venture!
Wow, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights (as our place was being renovated) in this truly gorgeous and secluded villa. It's location is fabulous, close to everything Ubud has to offer and is the new kid on the block, only recently opened. It sits behind a quaint little coffee shop called Kopi on Bisma (newly opened too I think) that serves the most divine coffees and food, we were so lucky to have it on our door step, the friendly staff even delivered our orders to us with huge smiles, it was heaven.
This villa has a fully functional kitchen which is great for eating in, the lovely bedroom/bathroom is upstairs with a small balcony that overlooks the inviting plunge pool. It was fantasic to come back after walking around, close the gate, kick off the shoes, clothes and float around in the pool with a cold beer in complete seclusion. Even though it is on a small plot, it oozes charm and has a sense of spaciousness, we would recommend this villa to anyone, especially couples who want privacy and a bit of a honeymoon, even after 18 years of marriage lol.
Also thank you for the yummy breakfast, it was a great experience, bravo.
