Amazing

Beautiful resort in great location. Room was awesome with access to garden and pool. Beautiful bathroom including bath tub, room very clean, huge comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast very nice in lovely setting. Couldn’t fault the staff, all of them so happy and wanting to help. Much better service than we have in n Australia. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Amazing!

We stayed for four days in the Alaya Resort Ubud during our Honeymoon and it was purely amazing! The rooms, the service, the garden and pool area and especially the spa were all just perfect. If you are thinking about a trip to Ubud you should definitely consider staying here! Its very close to monkey forrest and it was one of the best Restorts we stayed during our Indonesia Trip!

Worst not valuable

It is not valuable compared to its price. The room is too damp, when I just got into the room, I can smell a disgusting odor. The bed is damp, and toilet is not clean since long time use I guess. Staff is not very friendly. In the night, the hallway has light but fell insecure.
Only good thing is it locates at the corner of main area of ubud and by the monkey forest.
But it doesn’t valuable.

Hotel in city rice paddies

A restful and peaceful hotel about 20 minutes walk from Palace ; on the main room in , but the rooms are back from the road ; the room has a great indoor / outdoor area that is great to relax - there was a bath in the middle of the room which was somewhat unusual - staff were very pleasant and helpful ; there was 2 pools in a peaceful setting ; the room lighting could have been brighter but is satisfactory

Room tip: Facing the pool , but all have a nice outdoor area with fan

The best place I have ever stayed!

This hotel is amazing. The room we had was absolutely beautiful and the bed super comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English.
We had the breakfast as part of our booking, which we had no regrets about - there was so much delicious food! We chose a la carte each morning, which included fruit and yoghurt, a bread and pastry basket, and your choice of breakfast meal such as eggs benedict or smoothie bowl.
The location was close to everything you could need, such as a great massage and nails place across the road, lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the monkey forest. The walk to the markets was only about 20mins but worth getting a taxi on the way there to avoid being too hot once you arrive.
The room was a bit smelly of damp which I believe was because we had a pool access room, but you get used to it. The aircon in the room was a massive plus as it worked really well in comparison to other places we stayed at before here.
I really can’t recommend this place enough, I will happily stay here in future on return to Ubud.
