Be aware, you need to book a table in advance! There is a reason it is so busy. We made a reservation by phone and the waitress on the other end couldn't quite get my name. When we turned up, all the staff were laughing at the name my reservation was under and unfortunately I was unable to decide on whether to be insulted or just let it go.
The service was great, the staff had big smiles whenever we caught there eye and when I found out they were volunteers, it made me feel a bit more impressed by what they were doing. The food was fantastic, we had the shrimp vegetables with rice, red chicken curry followed by Dadar Gulung. The dessert was amazing and filled to the brim with coconut. The seating was quite awkward as I am not used to sitting on the ground but there is regular seating available.
It really is worth eating here, if not, just pop in and make a donation.
