The Pita Maha has wonderful views of the valley and is a very relaxing and peaceful hotel to stay at. The villa was very spacious and had a garden and plunge pool. The room was well maintained and very clean. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable and you'll certainly have a good nights sleep. The shower and bath tub are outdoors but still very private.
Breakfast was very good and the restaurant overlooks the pool. I enjoyed sitting there just taking in the fantastic view.
There are lots of steep steps to climb here and you should certainly ask for a villa nearer the lobby if you have bad knees and also take the route with less steps.
There is a free shuttle bus to Ubud center and they also have a free internet service.
Definitely spend at least a night here if you are planning to visit Ubud !
