“Great coffee, but bare feet in the toilet, a lot gross.”
Reviewed July 6, 2013 via mobile

Loved the coffee, but served with a crepe??? A chocolate or biscuit would be more complimentary. The lassies were average and the chocolate brownies were delicious but small. Having to take off your shoes and then go to the toilet bare footed made my skin crawl. Shoes are not as offensive as walking in urine. The coffee was great but I would not go back just for that. Thanks

We already have pairs of shop flip-flops that are placed next to the restroom with a sign stating they are for customer use. sorry that you didn't see this during your visit. the 'crepes' are an indonesian local treat and we serve them because we are in Bali, indonesia and believe its a nice touch. and thanks for saying you liked our coffee. hope you can come again.

These people take their coffee as seriously as I do. Great coffee, nice food, great atmosphere, free wifi, groovy ambience. Came for 15 minutes, stayed for hours.

“Love the place”
Reviewed July 3, 2013

This place somehow gave you warm feeling. Though the rain was drizzling, wood interior and everything there made you feel quite romantic and comfortable. As many said, they used unique things to serve your beverage and meal. Bottle that has been cut used as glass; coconut shell used as the lid of sugar jar; small wood tray as the holder of your glasses and small plate for snacks...things that you rarely find. I see this as their effort to re-used unused things. I went there with 3 others and we were too exhausted when we get there. I didn't remember exactly what we ordered but I remember that I'll visit the place again this September when I go to Ubud. Hopefully there will be some barista courses that I can attend when I'm there :)

“Cool place”
Reviewed June 29, 2013

We were staying in monkey forest street and while walking around to discover the area, we noticed this crowded place, out of curiosity we stepped in to see what's in, at it was a laboratory coffee bar with group of Japanese tourist surrounding it, and you can tell they were very excited about the coffee so we decided to wait a bit to find a seat, within 15 mins we were seated, I had Ethiopian coffee(very good), my wife had Detox drink (very fresh and very detox :). If you are planning to go to Ubud I well recommending visiting SENIMAN.

We can get a bit mobbed sometimes as big groups arrive during busy hours. (we're a little quieter from about 3pm onwards). Very glad you liked our place, drinks, atmosphere and, of course, our specialist coffee. We like to be on the Must Do lists of Bali. See you again soon.
