Such a beautiful home stay run by a beautiful family :) the rooms here were immaculate and felt 5*, they were nice and light with a lovely balcony for breakfast...and oh boy that breakfast was a highlight for us!! When we arrived at the homestay we informed the owner (I can't remember her name unfortunately) that we were vegan and was there anything on the breakfast menu we could have and she amazingly veganized the banana pancakes for us (SOOOO DELICIOUS!), we also had the black rice pudding which was a winner for me :) and it's hard to forget that incredible fruit stack...perfect presentation. The staff were so friendly and helpful and not once did they mention about booking tours/transport etc unlike other pushy places in Bali, they were always there if we needed info and I would LOVE to stay there again :)

This place is not on the main streets but only about a 15 minute walk to town. Nearby delicious Warungs, Yoga Studios, Convenient stores, and fresh fruit. I stayed here as a solo female traveler and would HIGHLY recommend it. It is beautiful with mosquito nets over the bed, a large stone bathtub and shower, and a great sitting area.
Breakfast is served every morning and you have a choice between several things. It is DELICIOUS and makes this place a steal for the price. Plus the WIFI worked great which is huge for me.

Thank you!!!

Owned by a beautiful family, kind and honest. Positioned not in the main streets (which we preferred) but just a 10/15min walk from all the attractions. We suggest to rent the scooter they have available for a very cheap price (full day/60.000 rupia) and you can reach lots of places around Ubud.
Considering the many super positive things the only 2 negative are n1: the cleaning part, not the most neat place and n2:our room upstairs was as amazing from one side (beautiful terrace, next to the little temple) as uncomfortable to the other (sink outside the bathroom, in the bedroom, positioned between the wall and a bed in a very weird and tight way, but afterall we were ok with that too)..given what we paid it was a lot above our expectations!! We liked it a lot and because of that we extended our stay.

On arrival we discovered Praety was undergoing construction works. Luckily they have a second property Praety 2 within 5 minutes walk. Was showed a room there as alternative. Decided to stay at Praety 2. The room was nice and good value for money. Well located in Ubud. 2 minutes by scooter to the centre or 10 minutes by walk. Breakfast was amazing and I looked forward to it each morning. Only downside was no A/C but it's not a complaint as I booked knowing this and it is homestay. Good value for money.
