Description: Our mission starts from the heart. Our values. Far beyond passion. Gaya Gelato is a project that is born of the land to establish a direct, indissoluble bond with nature. Exploring seasonal rhythms, respecting their productive dimension, discovering life cycles and natural times, making the most of the land and of its every fruit: these are the values that underpin a new concept of gelato. Quality and continuous evolution Seasonal fruits and carefully chosen ingredients are vital components of a gelato that awakens recollections of genuine, authentic tastes and fragrances. Gaya Gelato establishes new nutrional coordinates. Our values are driven by deeply rooted respect for the environment and by the absolute awareness that keen focus on the conservative dynamics of the world will lead to a better product. Absolutely eco-sustainable and excellent quality. The tradition of Italian artisan gelato lies in this. Enclosed in productive know-how based on love of the land, which it praises, it is also capable of adjusting to changing times.

My wife and I lived in Bali for two years and this spot was a constant stop on our weekly tour of Ubud dinning. Mid-day or after dinner their gelato was not only surprising for Bali, but rated up there with the best I have ever had...even in Italy. Good friends from Rome agreed. Not to be missed on a hot day or after a wonderful dinner in Ubud. Sold in some of the better resturants as well. Keep a eye open for it on the menu. Nice gallery next door is fun to walk as your enjoy a cool treat.

Strawberry, Bacio, Pistachio...I love all of them! So tasty! Several restaurants in Ubud serve Gaya Gelato, but the most of flavors you'll find at Gaya Fusion...great, natural taste! Also they have quite a few sorbets. Delightful!

healthy ingredients and all natural flowers. The Italians know what they do! As with their biscuits, Cantuccis etc

With premium milky taste.. Regular 20000rupiah price. Not too big. Free mineral water .., also for your dog.
Ihope someday they will give some tester for the buttercookies. Its really smelly all over the room. Should have testers.

2years ago i really loved their white coffee flavor. But during last one year i never found it again
