Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room upstairs. Good clean hotel with large bedroom, comfortable bed with full canopy and very friendly staff. Located within easy reach of all facilities, but a little away from the busy roads and pedestrian traffic. Very reasonable tariff includes a good breakfast. Our group spent a lot of time in or around the pool. Highly recommended for value for money.

The rooms are modern, spacious and bright. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a superior room on the upper front of the hotel and there was noise from the road but it didn't disturb us. The road isn't that busy and has a number of nice and reasonably priced restaurants on it. It is close to the centre but far enough away from the crowds.

The bathroom had a bath with a shower above it. However, there is no shower curtain and that makes it difficult to avoid wetting the floor. There is a small fridge in the rooms, a good air con, hair dryer etc. We had a balcony that we could sit out on. Our room had a mossie net but the 4 nicest and quietest rooms at the back of the hotel don't. There is a pool at the back. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The normal price of a superior room is RPH 500,000 but we paid RPH 450,000 as the hotel wasn't full and we didn't have the best superior rooms at the back.

Room Tip: The 4 superior rooms at the back of the hotel and by the pool are the best. The ones on the upper fl...

We stayed 4 nights in Deluxe Room. We are satisfiesd, quite place, nice location and a bit walking distance to the center. The breakfast is simple but it's okay. You can rent bike and motorbike.

We would stay it here again..

This hotel is just too expensive for what has too offer. The staff couldn't speak a word of english, the rooms were just basic. They were clean but you could literally hear everything between rooms although the toilet was a joke, breakfast was too minimal and not well cooked, the location is all right if you wanna stay right next to the main street (not the best option in Ubud as is too crowded). It's just generally not well maintained, you can get much better for the same price, wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you expected a nice and quiet location, as we did, you will be disappointed. Alhough the location itself is perfect,a road of ricefields 15 min of the center, this road is right next to the rooms, which are wide open: no windows but permanent openings. If you are a light sleeper and or do not welcome load traffic noise in morning or evening, do not stay here. Other places on the road tend to have accomodations further away from the road.
When it comes to service, the staff was indifferent or even unhelpful in our experience, quite uncommon on our trip on bali.

In nice location not so far away from Ubud center streets. Staff is very helpful and making your stay pleasant. Rooms are good size and in good condition. Views open directly to small rice field and pool is great after a long day around the Ubud.

The rooms are quite nice and as the beds are made up every day, they are also decorated with frangipani flowers - a nice touch. The pool is great, if smallish, and the breakfast selection is good (you can actually choose if you want a pancake, an omelet or toast ... or even black pudding!) with tea/coffee and fresh juice. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

Room Tip: We took a standard room whereas our friends took a superior room - the difference is more than just...
