I went here in April, the weather is great and cold. There is a museum next to the gate, quite unique stuff here. new experience with the elephant, we could feed them and ride them. great food and nice restaurant. Video of you riding the elephant will directly uploaded and streamable from earthcam.com *if i'm not wrong.. :)

This is my third time staying at the park and love it just as much as the first time. People are friendly, services are great, food is good (but a little pricey). The main attraction tho remains the elephants who are well looked after and loved by their handlers. Nothing beats feeding and interacting with these amazing creatures who are here because they have been rescued from their native Sumatra.

AMAZING!!!!
Very peaceful and very friendly. The elephants are very well cared for and appear very settled.
The dedication of the staff in training and caring for the elephants is commendable
The lodge was lovely and very well designed. The bathrooms and décor is beautiful.
We will be there again one day. The food , atmosphere and general environment is well worth being part of. A huge Thank you !!

Room Tip: The rooms opposite the Spa and where the elephants come and collect you for dinner appear to be the place to stay. Its all good and all well staffed .

Decided to make the 45 min. Journey from Ubud for one night. Grounds are well maintained. Rooms very comfortable. Elephants amazing staff very friendly. Restaurant not good had pizza and burger for lunch rated a 3/10 and for dinner was offered $30 buffet per person not many vegetarian options /no other options around stuck with these meal options / felt ripped off. Gift shop over priced felt like I was in a Disney gift shop. Over priced!

To wake up to the sounds of the elephants trumpeting ( or what ever they do ) has to be the most amazing start to an amazing day , we washed the elephants , swam with them, fed them , picked up for dinner by them . Magical , the staff clearly adore these elephants .the grounds were immaculate .
An expensive stay but still worth every penny .
