Such a fantastic place. Off the main road which is perfect location and away from the road noise. Very very lovely staff who cant do enough for you. Fantastic room over looking the jungle garden which set the fantastic tone to ubud for me. Lovely breakfast and pool. What made it for me was the staff. I got a taxi from here ( one of the gentleman who worked here) took me to the elephant safari park. He was a great driver and told me to call him when I wanted picking up stress free. On the way back he asked if I would like to see where the world most expensive coffee made. Which was out of this world and then he took me to see an awesome view of the rice fields. All at no extra cost but to make my day the best possible. Next day he drove us south to balangana for a great price n made it very comfortable. Such great guy. Defo stay here again. 10/10

Booked this through Booking.com, we were in for a surprise. There is no direct car access but a narrow path for walking and scooter to the Jati 3, when we arrived here it was daunting, did not know what we were going to get, but we were proved wrong, don't jump into conclusions without experiencing was the answer End of the narrow path is a beautiful Balinese carved door with Ferangipani, star fruit and coconut trees and clean court yard and a large pool. The room we took was upstairs with balcony, it had a small fridge, A/C, good Wifi, and good bed with clean linen and good bathroom with shower. There is spa and massage next to the pool and restaurant, we did not eat here but went out to different eateries. The owner lives here she speaks sufficient English to communicate, she would do market shopping for us to get us fruits like papaya and avocado. Breakfast in included in the price one could get this at the room, or at the poolside with lots of choices, excellent is the word, I stayed here for 2 weeks, it was wonderful, This is located from the main street of Ubud called Jl Monkey Forst, so close to all shops, restaurants and just 10 min walking distance to main Ubud Market, Monkey Forest and Supermarket, there are ATM near by, bike and scooter and car rentals very close 3-4 min walking.Best place to stay in Ubud as a home stay

Room Tip: Upstair rooms have more privacy plus balcony, no traffic noise at all as it is about 200 mt away from road

This was a great place to stay. The rooms had AC and were spacious with balcony the only problem was the ants but this was easy to get over. The pool is lovely and the staff were very helpful with arranging a shuttle bus for where we needed to get to. Location was perfect, tucked away from Main Street but minutes walk from everywhere and the monkey forest. Great value for money, would stay here again.

You have to walk around 200m from the main road to reach the hotel which is located in an inner location near the woods. Not suitable for those who have a heavy luggage to carry. Check in was easy. Was given a room with a faulty balcony door and had another replacement room as the repairman is unable to provide the fix on the spot.

My room option was deluxe family room. Room is big. There is a small kitchen area where probably you can perform some light cooking. But do check with the hotel first. You can see the woods directly from the balcony of the room which is nice. I am expecting to see some paddy field though. The room lighting is dim as it is powered by few lamp bulbs which is high up in the ceiling. Ants can be detected throughout the room. Probably is the location of the room which is near the woods. There is a swimming pool, spa and massage facility to help you unwind and relax. The hotel is strategically located in Ubud where it is within walking distance to almost all the shops.

Breakfast is provided but the portion is small, thus have to order additional food to fill my stomach. You can have your breakfast by the poolside. but make sure you are early as only 1-2 places available

This place is located strategically in Ubud.... if you plan to shop and visit spa.. this should be the place. Rooms are good, clean and the service is above average. I have stayed here a few times and they do get better every time I come here.

Room Tip: The family standard room is really unique and special... no acc. but natural fresh air and light.
