We stay in this place for 2 nights, last month.
Was a disappointment compare to other place we be been in this area.
The hotel is old, and need urgent renovation. It's smelled specially after rain.
I can tell from the first time enter it's worn out everything.
The staff was nice, but lack of management touch I guess, so they are not well organized.
In overall it was not a good place to stay, we prefer pay much more and have better place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights and found it great. We are 2 adults and 2 kids and were in the Padi room which is huge and a very reasonable price. Generally we stay at cheaper places and found this luxurious and worth it. The staff are great and always helpful. Next time we will stay longer.

We spent 9 nights between Alam Indha and Alam Gili which was amazing. Made us fall in love with Bali and Gili.
But Kebun Inda fell short. Service was not at par , no hooks for towels in bathroom. Even though the room is is beautiful not fictional. Too large, should have been a suit or garden space etc.
Staff needs more training. We did not know Breakfast wad served in the porch in front of our room .
Not a big deel but better communication helps.Overall not happy

Love this family run boutique hotel which has only 6 rooms. I stayed for 5 nights at Kodok 2 and Manggu Madu. Loved both. Kodok 2 has a beautiful semi private garden and you lie on the outdoor verandah on the big sofa bed all day (which is what I did). Manggu Madu is huge and looks onto rice paddy fields. Saw all the other rooms and all are beautiful. This place is full of character and peace. Great service. Breakfast and food from the Cafe Wayan menu. The muesli was particularly tasty with coconut flakes. Breakfast is served in the verandah of your room which is a lovely touch. They provide complimentary drop off and pick up shuttle service anywhere in Ubud which is really handy. Also visited Alam Wangi, Alam Indah and Alam Shanti and have to say Kebun Indah is still me favourite. There is a small but lovely pool. Great place to stay on your own or mingle with other friendly guests. Safe, quiet, beautiful place to chill.
I had a few foot and traditional massages and they were really great.
Molly and all the staff serve with a smile.
This is a 5 min walk from Arma museum where they have dance performances every night.

Room Tip: all rooms are great

We stayed in the Padi room in June, family of four (11 and 9 y.o. boys). Ideal for family of four with two separate bedrooms each with ensuite. It also has its own special living area undercover but open on two sides, a fantastic place to hang out on the daybed and to enjoy the very tasty and generous breakfasts included in the price. the property is about 400m off the main road down a beautiful path alongside padi fields. considering how busy the main road is, this is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are really traditional with intricately carved wood wall panels, it really is a lovely hotel. With the traditional Bali guesthouse also comes the beautiful hospitality that is old Bali. The guys who run this place cannot do enough, they are always there to help if needed and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Theres no A/C but there are good ceiling and floor mounted fans plus you can open up large windows and the beds have good mossie nets. We loved this place.

Room Tip: Padi room has two bedrooms, one with double and one with double and singl. Ideal for family of four...

We have stayed at alam shanti, alam jiwa and now kebun indah. The service excellent as is now expected from this family of hotels. We found kebun indah a little worn but other than that we loved it. It is very well priced, they obviously taken into consideration the wear and tear of the place, but given what you pay the food and service is first class and on a par with the other more expensive sister hotels.

My mother and I stayed for three nights in Tunjung. A room quiet close to the road. It was HUGE. Obviously designed as a family room with a super king main bed and a sleeping area for children partitioned off and then a little sitting area with TV and a desk!.
We were so grateful for the aircon.
We loved the free breakfast. The vege omlette and jaffles a favourite. Pumpkin cake for afternoon tea was a delight. The price was a bargain.
We thoroughly abused the shuttle bus service to Cafe Wayan which we used a walking point to the monkey forest and various beauty treatments and shopping opportunities.
My mother loved the pool although it is a walk away from Tunjung.
The staff always seemed to be on hand and so warm and friendly.
A gem of a place.

Room Tip: Tunjung has aircon is close to the resort entrance. Is HUGE and the bed is very comfortable.
