We were here for only one night. The staff is super Nice and the breakfast is great.
But the room we got was really old and there was mold everywhere. The bathroom was very small and smelled so bad that it was a struggle to take a shower.
I don't recommend It, I'm sure there is plenty of other options in Sanur.

Good couple of nights here between returning from the Gili's and heading off to Nusa Lembongan. Fairly small but clean and smart room with en suite (cool water not hot) with a seating area outside of the room. Nice family running the place and a good choice of breakfast options served in a nice garden setting. Good location to the beach and a large supermarket, as well as restaurants etc. But further to the area the boats depart from but not to bad or alternatively, a quick taxi away. Wifi was shocking upstairs by the rooms although their second wifi worked around the dining area. Would recommend.

From the moment you walk into Radha home stay the staff make you feel at home - I was even invited to go play football, and then go to dinner, with the staff before I got into my room! They are really friendly and will go out of their way to make you happy and welcome. Rooms are really nice, kept very clean, and the beds are super comfy! The breakfasts are also delicious with a fruit salad, choice for main and a hot/cold drink!
This is a must stay when you visit Sanur, don't have a bad word to say about this place!

We spent 1 week at Radha Honestly at one of the ground floor rooms. Although it was close to the entry and also to the street we were surprised on how quiet it was. The rooms were very clean and also cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and plenty. If you order the day before they also cook rice if you prefer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also helped with organising transport. Only when there was heavy rain (and I mean really heavy) there was a little smell in the bathroom. But we have been living in the tropics for a while and this is nearly impossible to prevent. So you can't fault the owners for it.
