We have stayed at the hotel nearly every year over 10 years, 3 times this year but have never eaten at the Pizza Ria?! Why, probably because I am not a pizza lover but we discovered they made other food other than Pizza.

This time we decided to try it, first day for lunch I enjoyed the oven roasted chicken and husband had the cotolleta milanese (crumbed pork fillets). Oh yum! Our last night I had the mini crumbed pork cutlets and hubby had oss bucco with risotto. He loved it! It is some of the best food we have ever enjoyed in Bali.

Lowlight: Can't see the beach and the Hyatt is closing down for 2 years planned renos. Hopefully they don't open up to be high end to compete with the new Regent next door.

Highlight: It is located in one of our favourite places. :-)

Part of the Hyatt at Sanur and right on the beach. Comfortable outdoor seating in a quiet location close to the waters edge. Ate here twice. First time was take away pizza which was excellent. Second time had lasagne, also very good. If you need a break from spicy Indonesian this is well worth a try. Also good drinks at the outdoor bar. Try take away and eat you pizza on the beach as you watch the moon rise!
