Don't even think of staying here unless you are on a very tight budget and don't mind second rate conditions.
Our experience is as follows:
Firstly, the lock to the door of the room did not work properly and 2 staff that had no idea took 2 hours without fixing it. After we had already put our luggage etc in the room we then had to move it out to a second room with no assistance from the staff.
Secondly, the next day we moved back into the first room with no assistance from the staff, but then had to move out again with no assistance from the staff because the air conditioning would not work properly and the room was like a sauna. The staff demanded an extra 100,000 rupees for the room upgrade. We refused to pay this.
Thirdly when we moved in the first place there was no wi-fi service . Because it did not work after complaints from us and other guests they got it working.
You really don't need all these problems so look elsewhere.More
