“Back Again!”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

We have just had our 3rd visit to this hotel, first time in 2010, then 2011 and now 2013. And i must say i think it is getting better each time. This is a great 3 star hotel, and yes it still needs some updating, although we did have renovated bathrooms this time, and very comfortable new king beds, much better than previous stays.
We booked 2 adjacent bungalows and they were great. We paid extra on arrival and had the connecting lounge area opened to allow our 3rd child some extra room ( this is the suite option in room classifications). Doing this allowed us to have another loungeroom and tv, which was great for our tired 7y/o after big days out.
We also travelled with friends this trip and the 4 other rooms were just as good, although they did vary somewhat.
After 9 days breakfast does become a bit monotonous, but plenty of variety..... eggs anyway, fruit, cereal, pastries, indo dishes, fresh juices, pancakes etc.
Pool had been resurfaced, and pool boys very attentive. There is still no pool service which i think is an untapped market, but if you order from the bar or restaurant they will deliver to the pool area.
Bar and restaurant prices are great, bintang icy, and pizzas wonderful.
Service was absolutely memorable this trip, not that it has ever been lacking, but they addressed us by name even on day one, and never forgot...
Komang (manager) was prompt and courteous by email and in person, providing dvd players for our rooms and organising the opening of the loung area.
I know i will return to the Inna Sindhu......

Room Tip: All rooms are great as they all surround the pool. The bungalows are no bigger in size, but are sepa...

Stayed here for 3 nights. As there were 4 of us we required 2 rooms. We had 2 standard rooms near the pool which were interconnecting. Although a little tired very clean. Pool area and grounds always kept immaculate. Breakfast adequate with an egg station, fruit juices, fruits, pastries, cold meats and hot international dishes. My only gripe being there were no signs advising of the foods on offer. Staff always attentive and pleasant. Location is ideal as it is within walking distance to some great restaurants and markets. A great place to stay for couples or families. Having stayed at other accomodation along the same stretch of beach for the same price on previous stays would highly recommend the Inna Sindhu for great value.

Just got home from staving at the inna and I have to say it was fantastic. The rooms are a great size the bathrooms have a shower and not a bath/shower and all the bungalows are very close to the pool. The pool is great to, the kid pool was perfect for my 2 yr old and mostly was very quiet . So if she wanted to splash and play around we didn't have to worry she would annoy someone. The food at the hotel restaurant on the beach was fantastic and when we got Bali we never eat at the hotels but the flavours were great the price was cheap and the beer was ice cold... Most of the restaurants on the beach are very good to we ate ant most of them but the ones on the rd the driveway is on we're not good at all.
The only one thing that wasn't good was the mozzys we got eaten pretty badly in the room at night and I think that's because they don't do the fog thing in the morning like the other hotels do.
I would defiantly go back again.
Oh and if you what bacon at brekky just ask them for ... They just don't put it out but they have it.

Having stayed in more "upmarket" hotels in Sanur we were more than happy with our choice. Our bungalow overlooked the pool and gardens,it was large enough with a big balcony. Pool was good with plenty of shade or sun. Breakfast was more than adequate without being startling but the ocean view compensated. Hotel grounds are well maintained and all staff were excellent. The hotel bar on the beach is pleasant with nice cold beer for around $2 with no added taxes. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Looking forward to our next visit.

My parents have just returned from a 3 week stay at Inna Sindhu Beach. During their stay, they were going to celebrate their 58th wedding anniversary.
On their anniversary, I emailed the hotel asking if they could wish my parents a happy day from me. Not only did they pass on my best wishes, but presented them with a beautiful cake (made by the hotels chef), lovely flowers and a wonderful card.
This wonderful gesture was not only a surprise but made my parents’ day a very special one.
Personally, I have not stayed at the hotel but if this is the type of service that is provided by the staff, I could not recommend the hotel higher.

We were on holidays with 2 young children. Our rooms were pool side and although a little "worn" were clean and functioning. We got excellent rates so this was not an issue for us. The newly renovated pool was perfect for us with one side shaded in the morning and one side in the afternoon. Very child friendly.

Breakfast was very good. A large variety of items to choose from. The hotel resturant was very well priced and with the 2 small children perfect to eat at. We ate at other resturants as well but comparing value for money and quality we came back to our hotel.

The hot water was the only problem. It was only available at certain times and not always hot when I wanted it!
I will return to this hotel for the price, location and child friendliness.

Room Tip: Rooms closer to the pool are quieter. We found one gentleman who had water veiws but found his room...

My family of three 4yr olds and one 19month old and for adults have just spent 5 nights at this great small hotel. I chose it for the location, cost and child friendly swimming pool. We had three standard rooms near the pool which suited us. They were clean and comfortable with built in safes. The breakfasts has a great selection and the restaurant was on the beachfront which gave a beautiful view every morning. We enjoyed the meals and prices so much that we ate a lot of meals at the hotel. With 4 young children we were well looked after by the friendly staff. The only downside of our stay was two sleepless nights when we had some rude neighbours who had there TV running loud all night for the two nights they stayed. The first night we rang reception at 3am and the problem was dealt with by security. They turned it down but it was still running at 7am! The second night we gave them till midnight then rang security who again dealt with it promptly. So if you have a problem at your hotel just let reception know. Most of the time they will deal with it as soon as possible. Balinese aim to please. The bathrooms were a little tired but for the price it was not an issue. I checked out the superior and delux rooms which were very nice if you wanted to pay more. The family delux room was huge and luxurious!
I would certainly go back again.

Room Tip: There are choices of rooms around the pool or overlooking the ocean. A small hotel so all close to e...
