“Local to the Segara”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

Nice location, good value quality food, friendly service once you have dodged the Market Traders! Nice place to relax and people watch. Does tend to get busy early evening.

“Very nice simple food”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

Had a cracking lunch here after finding our first choice place closed for a wedding. Nice spot on the beach, although not much of a view down the beach due to boats and kayaks piled up rather high, although saying that we could have moved to tables further out. Food very good, simpe fare well cooked and very tasty and of close cold Bintang!

“Great casual eating”
Reviewed October 13, 2012

Great place for casual dinner or a beer on the beach & watch the world go by. I love going on a Sunday & watching all the locals swimming & having fun on the beach. Don't be put off by the renovations. All the table are on the beach which makes for a better atmosphere.

“Hard to beat for dinner or lunch”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

4 of us ate here for dinner almost every night of our 10 night stay. Food always fresh and tasty. Nice cold beer. What we enjoyed: tootsie burger, chicken in a basket, seafood basket, red snapper, nasi goring special, mie goreng, prawn cocktail, crepes, fresh mango dessert. Friendly service which is fast when not too busy.
