This resort is though a little small and compact but al the same it provides the members and guests the best facilities and services just like any other Karma Resorts world wide. My family and I visited this ressort in the late evening for a special buffet dinner. actually we were staying at the Karma Mayura not very far from here. Excellent property fully occupied with nice lighting and some local Indonesian musical performance at the swimming pool area while guests were enjoying their delicious local tasty dishes. We have stayed some time ago. Very friendly staff with excellent services. We will come again neext time.

Room tip: All rooms are with good views

located in a convenient location to look at the northern sites. small and sweet if you manage to get the right room. The ground plus two construction without a lift is a bit challenging. Not really a walking distance from the beach

We had a very relaxing stay at Sanur, staff were friendly and helpful which is a bug thing when you stay anywhere.
The food at the resterunt was really nice and the staff put on good entertainment and special events whilst we were there.We enjoyed some really good massages whch helped allot as I had hurt my back before our holiday.
Improvements : We were on the third floor so three flights of steps up plus on our level was the guest lounge and Gym : It would make sense with the age of guest staying there to have a lift installed for easy & safe access to levels. Even when guest are leaving awaiting transport they use the front reception area to wait in either heat or wet most guest due to age or disability are not able to climb stairs to guest lounge.Our room was comfortable but rubbish had been left from previous guest and some facilities in our room needed repairing they were fixed promptly when we raised the issue. Rooms could be updated to match other Karma Resorts of this level.

Regarding the difficult access to our lounge we will pass it to the management, as we really understand that some our guests cannot manage the stairs. We also brief our housekeeping staff to make sure the room cleanliness for the arrival guests, and make sure this is not happening again in the future.

This is the third time we have stayed at Royal Karma Sanur, his time in one of the downstairs apartments. The apartments were well appointed and clean. But the thing that makes the stay here ecellent are the firndly staff, many who have been here for a number of years. The kitchen serves uo a nice variety of quality food at reasonable prices and the pool, surrounds and spa make for the complete relaxation holiday

This was meant to be my birthday present and it was the worse week of my life . Rooms and property not properly looked after. Leaking toilet in room, ran out of water one day. Breakfast buffer was cold and stale. ManagemenM staff where verv unfriendly.

Guest satisfaction is our priority, and we do apologize if our service and quality not meet your satisfaction. with regard to the toilet leaking we will inform to the related department and fix it soon. regarding the buffet breakfast it is standard continental buffet breakfast for all royal resort in Bali.
