We had a great stay here. The rooms are tidy and well maintained. Unfortunately it is far from the beach and a mission to get to any local amenities or beaches. We wouldn't stay here again purely for this reason.
The breakfast and service is great though. We would recommend it if it was closer to the beach and easier accessed.

Hi we found this hotel on rates to go .com and thought we were getting a bargain in a better class of hotel!WRONG
the room was beautiful no fault there but the advertised amenities were not included as the advert suggested!also check the mini bar as half ours was missing before we entered the room im sure they will charge you if you dont.
If you wanted to use the hotel juccuzzi you needed to book in advance at 500 000 rp per hour !outrageous same for the sauna!
some staff were advised not to be so friendly which is very hard for the local balinese people!they fear for their jobs.as for the Kareoke next door the minimum package to enter started a 1000000rp which included a drink pakage of their choosing and 2 free passes to the toilet for the ladies!!pure disigned for the japanese market.
To top it off we hired motor bikes which we wernt allowed to park with the cars in front of the hotel but rather 80 meters aroud the side of the hotel with the local construction workers which could be best described as a muddy paddock, and dangerously un lit at night i hope the enjoyed cleaning the mud from there floors and carpet as much as we did cleaning our feet and shoes.
All in all most dissapointing NEver again! we suggest a name change to HORRIDS

we came to Harrads for the last leg of our trip...by the looks we thought we'd struck a gem... contemporary 4 star at the price of a 2 star... but........
we got there after a day long spa session...felling absolutely wonderful....but thats where the $*** hit the fan...
despite having made the request thro our online booking...and quite obviously looking like a couple... we were checked into a room with 2 separate single beds.... and that too after a wait of 15-20 minutes....
then when we said that it wont do...we were ushered to another room at the other end of the floor...again of course after a 15-20 minute wait...to a room where apparently we'd get the bed as per our request... but it turned out to be simply 2 single beds pushed together... at this point i was beginning to lose my temper a bit.... particularly due to the fact that they hardly seemed apologetic for the error...
upon storming back up to the reception, we were told that we'd temporarily be sent into the "suite", which was the only avlbl room with a double/queen/king bed....but we'd have to move to a different room the next day....
it had been over an hour at this point and all of the feeling of well-being from our spa visit had vanished.... so we just nodded our heads so that we could get into a room and have some quiet time....
so, off to the suite then....we were fooled into thinking that this was the end of our troubles... we "settled" in to find out that the A/C took 6 hrs to cool the room and the toilet/bathroom reeked of some sort of drainage stink....
my wife persuaded me to forget about all this and go get a bite to eat...
we headed to the in-house restaurant... to witness a weird cacophonous old lady blaring out supposedly english songs at the top of her voice.... and we had to take 5-6 shots at ordering before we picked an item that was available... our waitress, of course. did not know the concept of an entree and we'd polished off our mains well before she walked in with the brushchetta...which of course we asked her to take back....
the food was pretty decent and quite well priced....but of course only 25% of the menu was actually available and you'd be better off picking one course at a time.....
contrary to our fears, neither the construction nor the next door night-club were the reasons for disturbance in our slumber... it was some sort of bed bugs....
the buffet brekky was very very very basic.... i will leave it at that....
we went out for the day and returned to the joy of being informed that "we should move out of the suite". first time in bali I was given a directive rather than a request or a suggestion.... hmm.....
but of course...we couldnt wait to get out of that room... so we said we'd be ready to pack up and move in 10 mins....
we went down to the room, packed up and called the reception to be told that the room we were to go to was still being prepared....so we'd have to wait....
90 minutes later....we got tired of waiting and went up to the reception to be told that they were waiting for us to call them....WTF???
so...off to the new room...smaller but better A/C and no stinky loo.... no bed bugs either... YAAAAY!!!
of course we found out next day that the shower doesnt really drain....for about 15-20 minutes after...
throughout our stay, any room-service requests took at least 2 calls before it was heeded to...be it a bottle of water or a hair dryer...
service at the hotel and the restaurant ranged from horrible & indifferent at most times to rare instances of pleasant & typical balinese...
we also checked out the next door night club, blue eyes, not a bad spot for a night out...but quite evidently had sleazy side to it as well.... and no way am I paying for entry into it....
the wifi signal was patchy...but compared to the other stuff...a dream...
Overall, you pretty much get what you pay for....2 star prices for 4 star infrastructure and one star service....

Was using the hotel for our company trip and stay here for 2 nights.

Hotel is near to Airport and "close" enough to Kuta. A taxi trip from Kuta-Stadium Cafe (after watching World Cup-Germany vs. Argentina) to hotel at about 12.30am cost us Rp 50K (our friends paid a flat rate Rp70K in another taxi). The taxi trip took about 15-20 mins and traffic was light at midnight.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. I like the bed and have a good sleep. Ask for a room that is not facing the construction site or the Discotheque and you should be fine.

I did not visit the pool and breakfast selection is pretty standard. I do not know the room rate so cannot comment much. Hope this review is helpful.

Stayed here for one night with my little daughter. The hotel and the room is very good. Breakfast is better than average and the pool area nice. However, they are building a new wing right know, so its pretty noisy from early morning. Especially the pool area is noisy. The hotel is far from the beach in Sanur, but that doesn´t matter because the beach in Sanur isn´t very nice.
