My husband, my 18 month old boy and I stayed at Club Med Nusa Dua for 7 nights and had a wonderful time.
We love the all inclusive aspect of club med which means that we don't have to worry about how much we are spending. We loved ordering the cocktails and mocktails and the food at the buffet was much better than I expected. There was plenty of food that my son could eat.
The resort is located at a top area and it was very spacious. The beach was quiet and clean, the garden was very well maintained. There was a lot of activities offered for free, like trapeze, yoga, boat cruise, snorkelling etc. and night entertainment. We weren't able to do much because of our toddler (he is glued to me so we can't hire a baby sitter yet and he is too young for the mini clubs).
They have clubs for children starting 2 years so I look forward to taking my son here again later when he is older.
I has a Balinese massage which was great. They have a new adult only pool which looks like a pool from Greece, gorgeous.
The only thing I would do differently is to get a better room. The superior room is just a standard hotel room, a bit outdated and the shower and toilet are small.
The cleaning staff was so kind they have us a carton of bottled water. Cleanliness can be improved as I noticed sometimes they just swept the floor with a broom and not mop.
They have an infirmary with nurse on standby until 11 pm except for Sunday and a doctor on call. My son had a fever and we had to see the doctor. It's great to have this facility when you have young ones.
We hired a baby sitter for a night and had a romantic dinner by the beach. They have a catalog of babysitters for very cheap price.
So many great things I can say about club med. We moved to a different hotel in Sanur and we are badly missing clubmed.
