Return from my first experience at Club Med Bali, it was the most relaxing trip i'd ever had. With the all-inclusive package, it saves me the hassle to think where to eat, what to do, where can i go or what i can do at night. The varieties of food (two restaurants), activities are overwhelming. Too bad due to low tide and high waves, i was not able to do snorkeling, but i had a great time anyway at the pool, also with the pool games. The daily show at 9:15 were funny and every day new that gives the spark of uniqueness.

The GOs make you feel welcome at anytime of the day, they are all so friendly and nice. I'd like to mention a few though, Mahen, who was the restaurant manager, he's funny and very nice guy from Mauritius. The 2 GOs (sorry i forgot the names) at the boutique are friendly, we were there practically everyday.

I'm looking forward to my next trip there!~

I was staying in Club Med for 3 days 2 night - 29th June till 1 July. Many activities and they really take care of your kids. Food is more to western taste, not much local food but you get to eat throughout the day. There were many foreigners there which makes it quite noisy and getting a seat by the pool is almost impossible when everyone seems to book by putting their towels. My hubby enjoyed the meals there and the free flow of cocktails. They have different theme every night so the G.Os dress accordingly. Saturday night they have a special show called Burleque which we enjoyed and followed by singing and dancing at the pool bar. The souvenirs sold there is more expensive then the what was sold at the airport. Since Nusa Dua is located at the other end of the island, to get to Kuta and Ubud takes about 30-45 minutes without jam. Spas are everywhere out of Club Med and some provide free transport. For Club Med guest you get 40% one time off for the spa treatments in Club Med itself by Mandara Spa which is like 5 star in comparison to others. The disappointment would be the they offer the boat cruise at selected days and only have place for 25 pax when we have more than 100+ at the Village. I lost my jacket in Club Med but the staff cant seem to find it but it's partially my own fault. Sunset can be seen at Jimbaran but Nusa Dua is where you see sunrise and we woke up early to catch it on the last day, the view was just beautiful. Club Med have mnay little huts along the beach for people to laze throughout the day with the sea breeza blowing or catch the sunrise early in the morning. Rooms unless its the high end, they don't provide toothbrush. They provide soaps and shampoos, the basics and they also have mini safe for you to put your valuables. But our double bed was actually 2 single bed put together and covers with a queen/king size bedsheet which wasn't so nice to sleep on. Probably we were there during the peak time cause there were so many people. But they do have many activities - from golf, tennis to the sea activities. They have a quiet pool near the spa. The G.Os were a bunch of firendly people, my friends and I checked in at 11pm and they were there to greet us and serve us welcome drinks and our bags were all checked in to the rooms. It's quite a pleasant experience but not for honeymoon. The expectation was Club Med would be some sort of boutique hotel but it doesnt seem so. Just be prepared for kids running around and its a more family oriented concept and food is non stop. :)

Room Tip: More pricy rooms comes with full set toiletries - toothbrush, shavers, etc and welcome fruit basket.

Thank you GOs of Club Med for the wonderful holiday. Special thanks to Mahen who had done so much in sorting out my 11 month old baby food.. all my special request were immediately attended to... not forgetting Phillip (GM), JP, Zaidun, Agung, Adi, Ashok, the Chef and many more who made our stay a memorable one...

The only issue I had was that we were placed on a 4th floor room which was a little troublesome for us as we had to carry our stroller up and down almost 4 times a day... would have been great if we were informed of this earlier as we would have changed our room even if we had to pay alittle extra.

A warm welcome. Beautiful layout of the resort & very nice hospitality especially GEO's. Really enjoyed the stay at Club Med, especially their Hospitality & guest engagement activities. You will always find some thing or the other always happening in the resort for the guest recreation and learning experience. There is recreation activities for each age group and from early morning you can catch training classes like Golf; tennis etc. Evenings in the resorts are much more pleashant as you will find yourself engaged at main bar with your drinks and some other musical activity going around. Resort's multi talent staff performance at theater is eye catching. Rooms are of average standards. There should be some option for Indian Palate in restaurants.

I have just arrived home from one amazing hoilday. I was there for 10 nights at Club Med Bali Nusa Dua. Had the best time! The GO team here is amazing all so friendly, and made us feel so much more welcome to Club Med. I would like to mention a few who I thought where more friendly and stood out more then others, Melis, Leesa, Victor, Nanae, Misako, Tikki, Marco, Nadja, Gid, Steph, Evy. You guys all made our stay so much more comfortable always saying hello, being so friendly and helping .The variety of food, activites were great always had something new to do and new foods to try. Shows where always funny and something new to see every night. Overall this was a great hoilday and carn't wait to go again to have an amazing time and meet some more amazing GO's

Room Tip: Personally i dont think there is a good or bad room as i feel you are hardly in it.
