I spent a week at Club Med Bali and thoroughly enjoyed it. Big spacious room overlooking the beach on the one side and the little golf course on the other. Tennis lessons with Guy every morning was a great start to the day, yoga with Steph a great way to finish. Great service with a smile throughout.

I was particularly impressed with the food. The quality and quanty of the buffets were fantastic and love the 'healty / super food' options for lunch.

I left feeling healthy and refreshed and can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: The resort is big to choose something close to main pool/area if you prefer to not walk far. Me on the contrary wanted the quiet so asked for something close to the Spa/Quiet Pool.

Our company recently held a Conference here for 600 people. Our quests were there for business and pleasure and they were not let down. We had placed some huge demands on the staff, nothing was a problem, some staff seemed to be everywhere ceasly ensuring we had a exceptional stay, staff were everywhere. They cheerfully worked the bar and served at our gala dinner. A special mention must go to Anita, she was never at rest and always greeted our demanding quests with a bright smile and professional service.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pools could be cooled down a bit to make it refreshing! But sitting around the bar certainly cools you down. What a great feeling it is not having to continually put your hand in your pocket all the time! Food was fantastic....so much to choose from. The room was clean, the air conditioning could've been cooler or maybe ceiling fans as well as air con would be great.

The staff were fantastic! Always with a smile on their face and happy to help in anyway. My favourite staff member was Anita, what a gorgeous, helpful and pleasant lady! We were fortunate to have Anita dine with us and sit with us around the bar on a couple of occasions. She is an absolute asset to Club Med Bali and can only hope that she goes places. What a great sense of humour she has!

I was totally impressed by the resort and would recommend it. I have kids but weren't able to take them on this trip because it was with my husband's work with clients. But all of the kids there seemed to be having a ball!

Room Tip: make sure your away from the bar area as I would imagine it would be noisy. We had the rooms near the putting green......fantastic!

Club med is a fantasic destination for total relaxation. The service was professional, facilities clean and activities welll organised and plentiful.
Special thanks to Steph (gym instructor) and Zeke. Most of the GO's were excellent, (some a little arrogant) these two excelled. Will be returning later in the year if all goes well.. Great place for families, wish I knew about it years ago when the children were younger.

Club Med was fun, imagine a place full of completely extraverted staff that love having a good time and want to take you along with them. We were at a conference and had booked the whole resort out so our experience was a little different to the norm. As for the conference everything went smoothly and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to the organisers of the event. We did some pretty big things (600 people in a floored marquee on the beach with full stage and lighting complete with aircon) and all seemingly went off without a hitch. The staff are everywhere and always helpful and smiling. The rooms are basic but we were hardly ever there, the beds are good, pillows average but all in all fine. There is heaps of hanging space in the closet which is actually unusual for those types of places. The food, well it is the biggest buffet I have ever seen in my life and you need to be careful or you’ll leave much heavier than when you arrived! The food was good quality and everyone should be able to find something to eat, you’d be a food snob to not like it. Only downside is that the coffee is crap and the way you end up partying you need to good cup to get you going in the morning. We went trapezing which was unreal, I’d done it once before years ago and I felt like a little kid (although I felt like an old woman the next day). The GO’s are great fun and do an excellent job. Tours are expensive and can be booked directly with the destination or at the tourist site in the shops at main gate, (less than half the price for exactly the same thing). Order a taxi at reception for close destinations but go out the front and bargain with the drivers for more people and further locations. All rooms have their own individual wifi so signal is strong but no wifi around the resort (not that you need to be surfing the net with so much else to do!!). All in all a great location and next time we’ll be back with our kids.

Room Tip: Try not to get any room facing the pool or bar area as it runs hot till midnight and the noise would travel. A room facing the soccer field is what we had and it was great.
