“Has Been a Gem”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

This beach is still okay but with new developments undergoing it is no more the gem as it has been before. Still nicer than many other beaches around in Nusa Dua. Take the time to walk along from Tanjung Benoa or Nusa Dua Resort till Geger Beach, a beautiful stretch and interesting to see all the fine resorts located on that line.

“Half and hour time off the beach”
Reviewed July 17, 2013

Take a walk to see the temple, great views. Not that much to look at but worth an hour away from the beach

“If you wanna try a private Beach without staying at the Hotel”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

Been a local residence I've heard about Geger beach since I was here, but never had a chance to visit till last week. Geger was once a hidden beach in the blings of Nusa Dua 5 Stars Hotel area, but since the built of The Mulia Hotel, which taken almost half and more of the beach as their own beach..its no longer hidden.

If you staying in Kuta , sanur or jimbaran this area is quite easy to reach, take a ride through by pass Ngurah Rai road toward BTDC Nusa dua, take a right turn toward Siligita , on Hardy''s supermarket traffic light ..then in the end of siligita take a right turn toward St.Regis Hotel - Nikko Hotel until you saw a complex of big Hotel..The Mulia..there there is a sign of Geger Beach, turn left ,drive straight to the beach. By taxi just tell your driver, Geger Beach, He knew exatcly where it is. If you staying in Nusa Dua are keep on walking through the shoreline toward Ayodya, St.Regis, Nikko..and there you will arrive on Geger when you saw complex of Mulia Hotel.

There is a parking fee for car and motorbike, for motorbike arround 2000 rupiah (for as long as u there). When you walk to the beach you will see some food stall/small restaurant and some rented umbrella and sunbathing chairs...I havent try it, but i guess its not that expensive, all located on the public beach to in the left side of the beach entrance..to the right side its private beach belong to Mulia's Hotel..but if you bring your towels u still can sunbathing there..the hotel not have many guest yet and the security will normally let you use their beach unless you not going to close to the hotel.

The view of the beach is not so much different from other beaches in Nusa Dua but the quite and serene of 5 stars hotel's private beach is somehow worth to try. You can sit for hours on the beach to sunbathing or just swim on the shore, which is pretty clean and not crowded with people as in Kuta or then dreamland beach, Jimbaran. The View of the wide oceans, with bright blue skies, turqouise water, green hilss, temple on the rocks..(thats ussualy only those who staying in 5 star could get, but hey you can try it too)

if you keep on walking toward the shoreline of mulia's private beach then you'll arrive on one little hiden beach nearby the hills, there totally nobody, the little beach, hiden under the green hills and not to hot , if you already got enough of sun.

as A beach lovers this beach is average for me, but the sense of private beach is worth to try..esp if you staying in a hotel without private beach or even no beach at all in Bali. Enjoy!
