Our family of 3 stayed in Mulia for 2 nights (which is too bad because we had a very great time and wished we had stayed longer).
The hotel is huge and we wish we had more time to explore it. There are so many spots to just sit and relax around the hotel area where you can enjoy breath taking scenery or simply the beautiful interior of the hotel itself. The facilities are excellent, the swimming pools are great! Our room is clean, spacious, very comfortable and the amenities are complete.
The staff are super friendly, very helpful and well trained.
Our son joined others kids at the kids' club and also had a great time there.
Overall, our experience in Mulia wa truly marvellous and we definitely would like to return there!

Mulia Resort is one of the largest resort that i've ever been too. It is new and huge.
Everything is well maintained and sparkling clean. The facilities are top notch too, just what you would expect from a 5 Star property. The view of the ocean from the balcony is magnificent.
The breakfast was good too with a good variety of choices.
I would highly recommend this resort for families, children would love the pool and the facilities here.
The staffs are polite and helpful too. One suggestion, is maybe try to plant more trees and greenery around the property. The desert sand color used extensively around the resort makes It feels kind of dry and hot just like an actual desert, I do understand that this is a reasonably new resort, so maybe the trees have not fully grown yet. Anyway i enjoyed my stay at Mulia Resort and would be back again if i visit Bali.

Having visited the Mulia buffet several times over the last few months, we were appalled by how shocking the service has become on our last visit.
We went for breakfast and were ignored for 15 minutes as we were not in house guests, finally when we approached someone for a table we were told to go to their a la carte restaurant. Saying we did not wish to do so, they said wait and maybe we will find a table for you. Twenty minutes later, I inquired again as to how much longer it would be. The host said she would check and then just walked off. I went to another host and asked the same question and we were ushered to a table outside.
Buffet selection was terrible, ridiculously overpriced ($AU146 for 3 people) $40 of that was 'service charges'.
The hotel caters for large Chinese tour groups which has now made the Mulia a most unpleasant experience. Never again will we go there.

I stayed in Mulia Resort for 3 days. It was amazing. The service was excellent. The ocean pool n view were amazing.

We arrived at noon. Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready, we're being escorted to our room with a guest service attendant. She's great in explaining about Mulia.

We tried every single restaurant at Mulia. I ate at Edogin, Soleil, Mulia Deli n the Cafe. All of them were terrific. The service was great. The food tasted good.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Definitely I will come back again.
