“Excellent Resort with great service”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

The best ever hotel that we have stayed so far. Love the bed - slept so well everything we lied on it. Love the over spreading breakfast. The swimming pool just in front of a beautiful beach. The gym room is fantastic. We like the ZJ'S bar and the super service and spread of their high tea. Our 5 nights there was never enough. Will definitely want to stay there again and again.

Room Tip: We stayed in their Ocean view room, just great!

I have a very pleasant stay , and the service in the mulia beach was excellent. Especially pool attendant name Kuta who was very attentive to my needs for drinks, food and others. Also Eric was very informative and friendly. Both give me a very good service while i was in the beach getting a nice sun.
Looking forward to get back and meet these nice people.

The hot listed spanking new hotel over 30 hectares is a marvel.you can get lost there quiet easily so keep close to the friendly staff. They can be very helpful.
The largest and latest Alu helm us in the exclusive Nusa Dua area so it's for discerning well heeled travelers.it's further away from the impressive St Regis and us a world of its own.

The main resort has over 400 rooms and hosts some unique restaraunts. It's lobby us always bustling and extra hotel guests are allowed. The Mulia is a 200 suite exclusive hotel in parallel .it's pools and beach access is easy and exclusive .the suites looked comfortable with their modern decor and butlers. The toilet is ultra modern and its seat rises when you open the toilet door. The faucets could ave had a more user friendly design,
The restaraunt here us just one and there is no bustle .
The third area s the large villas up on the hill closer to the sin road. Beautifully deigned and with a great view this us the all villa part of the resort. It requires a buggy to go anywhere and the beach is far downhill.
The staff is superbly trained and look after you well. They do ave garden view rooms but that has no meaning for a sea view resort like this.

Room Tip: Pay extra but get an ocean view room

Simply the best service and friendliest people. Disadvantages are two things, first the location as it is in Nusa Dua which is far from any activity in Bali, and it is in the end of Nusa Dua. Second, breakfast could be really rich for locals and Far Asians, but it really lacks a variety on the international side.

I must say The Mulia has the friendliest hotelier, from housekeeping to lobby attendant to F&B and Spa. They have numerous pools and restaurants, and the hotel is HUGE! Basically you can have everything here, there's a lot of activities and Mulia is a kids friendly hotel.

I went for spa on the last day of my stay in Bali, and all i could say is EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE! They fulfill all my request and very attentive, after our spa treatment, they provide us lemongrass sort of drinks with fruits, and call buggy service for us (without us asking for it). A Plus !

Personally, i will recommend this hotel to family & friends (For large group travel), as for couples (or myself), maybe not so suitable. I will definitely be back again with my families! :)

I was a bit skeptical at first when staying at The Mulia, because many people said that it's just like Mulia in Jakarta with beaches.

So I was thinking, why would I want to stay at a hotel like in Jakarta but with added beach at the back of their hotel. Uhm, don't think so!

But I was wrong.

I stayed at The Mulia for almost 1 week. And honestly, I couldn't get enough off of it!

It was breathtaking! I loved the entrance, the receptionist, and the Lobby, so grand!

There were a lot of choices for breakfast --- (But the taste was so-so, nothing special). I loved having breakfast in the front porch and seeing the ocean view at the same time.

And I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE POOL! So huge and relaxing, very quiet. The staff offered us some FREE fruits when I was sunbathing. What a treat! :)

Oh, and I loved their beds!! I felt I just couldn't get up, wanted to stay on the bed for the whole day.

The Mulia hotel Bali is the right place for you to indulge yourself. Whenever you have time to relax yourself or with family, just go to this hotel, You don't need to go out from the hotel area, everything is provided here, everything is complete here. You can spent your day by walking strolling the huge beach area which has a very unique statue in each property or swimming move from one pool to another pool, whenever you are hungry just go to restaurant which serve a lot of excellent food, or you just want to sit having chit chat with your family, they have a lots of lounge/ foyer with sofa or unique chair. In every corner or foyer you can spoil your eyes with so many artistic decoration, ornament, or sculpture whether it is from wood, wire, flowers, or whatever, it shows a very high taste of art. I love to see all of these and also admired every details in it. I felt very satisfied when staying here and glad in having a chance to see all around the property. Don't forget to take pictures as this hotel is a good venue for taking photos either for yourself or family. You will love to have a nice background everywhere in this hotel.
