We loved our stay here from May27-30. We had booked 4 deluxe rooms with pool access. We wished we were all put up next to each other, with our kids but unfortunately they couldn't maybe because of not enough rooms or maybe we need to give a heads up ahead of time. I would assume if I booked 2 rooms, I would automatically hope they were next to each other. Other than that minor flaw everything else was great.

- Breakfast was very good, lots of varieties and international cuisines
- Room Service was extremely prompt
- In room dining could be better. A cup of hot milk consistently takes 20 minutes, not sure why :)
- We had a late flight in the evening and they conveniently accommodated my request to extend our checkout time by 1.5 hours
- Concierge can get better, they always try to book a taxi for 3-4 hours. I think it makes sense when you drive to remote places, but when you go to a buzzing place like Kuta, we will always get back a cab from there. So I hope they can be more pleasing by offering suggestions like take a 1 way taxi rather than wasting on a 4 hour taxi at a premium price
- Staff was extremely pleasing and humble, you feel so important where ever you walk in the premises
- They also were helpful in packaging our breakfasts since we had a 6AM trip to Nusa islands which was before the breakfast could open, so that was helpful
- The diving pool was a blast, the kids would never come out of it
- The Kids area was also very well managed, even though little small in size, the employees made it a point they knew all the kids names and tried their best to please them. I would definitely stay here again, if I were to bali

Room tip: I stayed in Room 4110, somehow the shower area in the room, is not well aligned for the water to enter the sink.

The hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely pool and grounds which are immaculately kept. The restaurant was good and the choice of food at breakfast was extensive. There was so much choice that we eat far too much at breakfast.
Our issue with the hotel was with the accommodation. There are around 450 rooms with the majority (Delux rooms) being in 7 blocks. Since these were arranged behind one another only the front one had a view, the others were looking at the other blocks. The ones above the ground floor had a small balcony but when you sat down, you could not see over the 1m high concrete balcony wall. Very disappointing. The other major issue is that there is virtually no shelf space or drawer space provided. In addition to some hanging space, my wife was expected to use for all her other clothes one shelf 1m long at waist height and I had one shelf 1m above that but it was 2m high. Clearly insufficient for 1 or 2 nights let alone our 6 night stay.
To the hotel's credit, they responded to our complaints and put us in a room over the restaurant on the 4th floor (825) which had a great view of the pool and the sea and a glass balcony wall. They also built two extra shelves in the wardrobe.
We did not eat our evening meal in the hotel but walked into the local town (400m via the side gate) and ate at one of the many good and cheap restaurants there. We also hired a scooter there as it was half the price of one provided by the hotel.
The gym was tiny for such a large hotel. In total there were about five pieces of equipment in a room only 6 x 3m. I had hoped for something much better. My wife enjoyed the 7:00am yoga and other classes that were provided.
The hotel is within the Nusa Dua security cordon which is great from a safety perspective (not that we felt unsafe anywhere in Bali), the consequence is that you could be anywhere in the world rather than in the real Bali.

Room tip: Don't accept a room in one of the blocks at the back!!

Dear Albert_Churchman,

Thank you for your inspiring review and concerns. We're glad you appreciated our lovely pools, well maintained grounds, extensive breakfast and our restaurants. However, while we always aim to provide guests with the best possible experience reviews such as yours help us to identify room for improvement, but i apologize that not everything was to the high standards we strive for.

We noted your feedback regarding the shelves space and gym facilities, you have provided, as we are seeking rooms for improvement.

We do hope this will not prevent you from coming back to our resort on your next stay on the Island of Gods to experience the true INAYA Putri Bali.

We stayed in the deluxe room and i think its great value for money. Quality of the hotel Inaya is so good. Clean and spacious room, great breakfast and access to the beach. Pool wasn't big enough but i don't know who wants to swim in the pool if beach is simply in few steps away from the hotel. Great resort! Recommend!
