“Fantastic experience, unique location, best food ever.”

Amanusa resort Bali really is a romantic destination that yes you can think the world has stopped the stunning views of the ocean as you look from the bar and poolside.
It was both tranquil and stunning the restaurant also looked very nice and I will sample these on my next visit back there and that cannot happen soon enough in my mind.
Everything is beautiful. The pool is nice. The resort is very quiet, this is not the place for people looking for parties, just relaxing in a beatiful place. The food, a special menu designed from Chef Chau Doan, is the best FOOd that we had in our life.
Overall a perfect getaway in all respect for people who loves to stay in a super luxurious ENVIRONMENT, enjoy world best hospitality, want perfect location. Simply WOW!!!WOW!!! WOW!!! Will go back soon, for the food and the unique location.

This resort is one of the best I have stayed at in all of the world. Their attention details is amazing, from the staff knowing your name and greeting you with the warmest of smiles to the presents. The staff are the most customer and service orientated I have ever experienced, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels/resorts all over the world. Nothing is too difficult and everything is possible here with regards to the staffs. I am a chef by trade and have never enjoyed the food as much in a resort. We tried all the restaurants in the resort and i have not had a bad meal, and would come back just for the food. Every morning at breakfast in the Terrace, the staff remembered us and our preferences and we never had to ask again. The room was beautiful. Just love this resort and never can fault it. Thank you Amanusa for an amazing experience, we will be back. I don't normal write reviews but this place and in particular the staff well and truly far exceeded my expectations and deserve an amazing review, thanks again.

Our trip to Bali, Indonesia, and specifically our stay at Amanusa, blew through all prior experiences and exceeded our best expectations in every possible.

This year we made a second try during our stay in St Regis to have dinner in Amanusa.
As we like Italian food it is a good place. Very correct and friendly staff and romantic sitting.
Only two small bad comments. This place is a little bit quiet as the two times we were there we where only four people. And the second comment is that the prices are a little bit to high in comparison with other restaurants with the same quality in Nusa Dua.

We visited The Terrace restaurant for a dinner, while staying in nearby Nusa Dua area for our winter break. The hotel is quite remote, away from the busy Nusa Dua area. We have chosen to book this restaurant for a dinner out because of the Thai cuisine that my wife really enjoys. The view from the terrace at night is nice.. it overlooks the coast line.
The choice of dishes was rather limited and we felt that the taste lacked of authenticity. Although the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, the service was not as attentive as expected. I felt that the waitress could be more engaging and gracious in attending our table. The service of the drink took some time and we had to prompt the waitress to get a second drink. It is a shame that the overall service was not as sharp as one would have expected, because there is something special about this place.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from the Amanusa staff once upon arrival at the airport plane. We opted for airport service and they shuttled us through immigration, helped us with our luggage at baggage claim and gave us cold towels and water prior to our car ride the hotel. The seamless way they handled this entire process was a sign of good things to come.

Check in was smooth and service was friendly and warm. The grounds are simply stunning. Words cannot even describe it. I've stayed at the Legian, Ayana, and Como Shambala properties in Bali, but this is my favorite. It is so intimate, and the staff are so unobtrusive while taking care of everything. The villa itself is fine, a bit on the smaller side for my taste (we opted for the smaller villa), and we did not have much of a view. No worries as the poolside view and service more than made up for everything. I think our room was serviced at least five times during the day, ensuring that we would come to a tidy room everytime we came back to rest. Thing is, I hardly saw any staff or guests walking around the grounds... totally unobtrusive. It felt like we had the place to ourselves when it was a full house! To echo other reviewers the staff was always one step of everything I was going to ask for. Water/ mosquito repellent/ towels/toothpaste - came out of nowhere but were suddenly in my room before I asked. So bizarre but a pleasant surprise.

This is my first time staying at an Aman...and I am hoping to try more in the future.

Be wary that the food is just average. I would not eat on site if you dont have to. The breakfast is ok, standard breakfast buffet spread, and the poolside menu (nasi goreng, noodles) are just average.

What a wonderful hotel!!!!!!! 15 nights in a room with a great view over the gardens with hills and ocean. Food and serivce is over the top. I think Amanusa has figured out how to know what i want before i do. The food in the Italian restaurant and the Terrace were so good. We have met the Chef Chau Doan, she was born in Vietnam but grew up and studied in Australia. She is just so lovely and her food is so honest and too good. She cooked for us a special meal one night before we checked out as we just loved it. We love her as a person and her cooking. Chau Doan is a great person and great chef.

This propery is everything you would expect. The staffs is helpful and attentive. Attention to detail and high quality. Every staffs member i met was extremely friendly and courteous. Keep up the great work.

I will return!!!!!

We had a wonderful time and hard to forger about the place. The white sand beach and the breakfast were fantastic. We got through the custom services at the airport so fast as we were so impressed. Our expectation were really high about Aman resorts when we came here. We got everything that we wanted during our stayed. The room, the services and the food. There are so many choices for the food as all the food were amazing and magnificient. We will return for another amazing experience.
