Good:

Beautiful and spacious ocean view suites
It's big, big hotel. it is like a city, everything you need is there.
very nice pools
nice private beach, it's clean
beautiful landcape

not so good:
Hotel is a little too big. people can easily get lost
Hotel is a like a city, that make some guests stay there entire day, don't even get the chance to see the entire Bali
My suites has some mold problem makes me allergic. But i guess it's univese if you want to stay close to the ocean
Breakfast at club lounge has very limited choice and its not balanced, not much vegetable.

Nusa Dua is away from other tourist spots like beach Kuta. it's good, and its bad. it's not as dirty or crowd, but it's little far.

We were in Bali at the end of Dec. talking about the Raining Season. It rained the entire 5 days. pretty much non-stop. For those folks don't know, it's not the typically Tropical Storm you thought, it's not like a hugh storm rolling for an hour, and clear up. No, it's like a spring raining, mostly of time, not too heaving, but keeps drizzling. Alway cloudy. Though the temp is nice, you can swim even with the rain. but it bothers you enough to make you want to stay in. it's hard to do any sightseeing. let alone some water sports. So if you are thinking to just chill out, swimming a little, then Visitng Bali during the raining season is ok, otherwise, don't go there during the raining season

We stayed here with our children for one week ~ Beautiful hotel grounds with wonderful views! I requested adjoining rooms with an ocean view and received my requests! I was disappointed that wifi was an extra charge. The staff was tremendously friendly and always willing to serve us. The food and drink prices were very reasonable for a resort. (One disappointment was that wifi was an extra fee) We had a tremendously relaxing and enjoyable time.

Room Tip: request breakfast with your room rate, worth it even just for the fresh fruit and juice! Kids loved the muffins and saves a slice of bread to feed the fish. :)

Which is what we did - parents plus 2 very young children and their nanny all in stayed for a full week at this place. It was a great place for children to enjoy themselves with the pool and other activities. But please don't expect 'luxury' even though this may be rated as a 5* property.

Firstly we were upgraded to a very large suite with separate and very spacious living room mainly because of my Hyatt diamond status (and for the price of a basic room) - this also includes breakfast, internet charges, which becomes a huge savings. With a 9 month old baby in tow, your mobility becomes restricted so the vast spacious suite (141m2) was heavenly to spend the days indoors, particularly when it rained. This also means in-room dining. Overall the hotel served our purpose extremely well. Indonesian hospitality is much to be admired and respected, so we have no issues about staff and service, although I've seen better in other 5* hotels.

So why not luxury...? The whole resort is truly aged (built in the early 1990s) and architecturally out of date; very large resort complex which means walking distances to the restaurants, etc. Breakfast options are available in 3 restaurants, but the buffet options become repetitive and mundane after the 3rd day - by the last 2 days, I was dreading the breakfast routine - it resembled a cafeteria churning out food with factory orderliness. Bathroom amenities - simply dismal, cheapo stuff - it was as if this Hyatt was on an economy cost-cutting drive. We dined-in a lot and the menu options felt very limited.

I would take a view that if the family finished the stay here feeling relaxed and took back good memories, that was good enough. If you're looking for that 'luxury' feel like the Four Seasons, then stay at Four Seasons and pay their tariff - as they say, you get what you pay for. Nevertheless, I would maintain this stay as a 4* rating.

Yes, it had been around for a long time. The interior is outdated. But the room is very spacious and the bed is very comfy. The trees and the landscape are mature, perfect home for many birds, squirrels, and others.

The pool has slides, kids enjoy them.

The beach is very nice for relaxing. The waves are quite calm for swimming. There is a path to Benoa for people who enjoy running or riding the bike along the beach.

The hotel is walking distance to a shopping complex, Bali Collection that had several restaurants, alternative to the hotel's food, shops and spas.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff, the grounds (truly magical) the food, the spa, the rooms, the pool etc. We travelled out to restaurants a lot as it's so cheap! The restaurants send someone to pick you up and drop you back free of charge. You won't spend more than £15 in total for two in the restaurants outside the resort! We did a few excursions too, elephant riding, horse riding, the monkey forest and the temple! Everything is so well organised! We went for a delicious seafood meal in Jimbaran Bay, which was extremely cheap and so romantic! In fact I wish we'd gone more than once! It was a once in a life time trip, one I'll remember for the rest of my life! Fantastic

Room Tip: If you're going on a honeymoon, book to stay in the club part of the hotel A-MAZ-ING
